Saw a random instagram post calling Myrtle a "sordid ghost" and that got me thinking:

Just last month HP was on at a friend's house and a guy made the classic joke "in reality the Invisibility Cloak, the Marauder's Map, and Polyjuice would just be used by teenage boys to perv on girls", and everyone laughed, as you do.

But when it's ugly girl Myrtle using her magical powers (which are traumatic as hell, mind you) to perv on boys, then she's a creepy "sordid ghost".
