I think the time mismatch between you and your bros in ShB is such a good idea for character drama
#spoilers#major spoilers#you know how in stories there's always this whole loss of innocence angle with the whole 'you can't go back home again' adage#the whole idea that you can return to a place you knew intimately and find it utterly alien bc it's changed in the years you were gone#and you can never go back to that memory of what it was?#yeah. I mean 3/4s of the Scions have been here for (by their perspective) actual years. for the WoL it's been weeks at most#Joranir blinked and people grew up without them.
