from volume 6 onwards, CMX comics (the DC branch which went on to translate 15 eroica volumes, before being terminated) started adding these little notes on the back of the FEWL volumes, roleplaying as if it were the major and dorian writing notes to themselves or each other. besides being really charming, a lot of these are just plain hilarious, especially the taglines

this one doesn't have a note, but here's the back of my volume 5, which made me scream the first time i read it

these are so iconique, in fact, that the team currently scanlating eroica (the iron rose team) redid the back cover format for the chapters they're translating, and i love them all so much
