having to do lgbtq training knowing it simply will not click for some of my coworkers on this the month of pride is actually biphobic and i should be exempt
#me walking into the director's office like#'here's a list of shit that's come directly out the mouths of ur staff. i'm up to speed on discrimination happy pride can i go home now'#four fucking sessions and i can already hear these cunts chuckling then complaining abt it afterwards#they've done it with every other training like 'i dont need this diversity training'#then turn around and say some silly shit like 'i know all about racism i grew up in the 60s it's not like that anymore' ok white lady!#and we did one abt homelessness whew the classism really jumped out#nothing sticks with these cunts! nothing!#i appreciate the effort in a way and it's never Pointless to get info out there but like i'm so sick of this cycle#and it is a cycle#they will have the silliest commentary#they're still complaining years later abt the SUGGESTION of adding their pronouns to their email sigs#is it everyone and all the time? no. but it's always the loud mouths with the worst takes who need to hear it and never do#deletiesss
