A cute name today! 秋葉 is read Akiba or Akiha. It's not a very common human name (it belongs to about 650 people) and I associate it more with a place. 秋葉原 Akihabara, an area of Tokyo where a lot of nerdy stuff is consolidated, is often called 秋葉 Akiba.
秋 means autumn. It’s read あき, とき, or シュウ. The radicals are 禾 two-branch tree (again!) and 火 fire.
葉 is new to this blog! It generally means leaf, but can also refer to a blade/spear, needle, plane, lobe, fragment, or piece, and is sometimes used as a counter for flat things. It's read は or ヨウ.
Finally, quick note: while 秋葉 literally means autumn leaves, that's not how it's used. If you want to talk about foliage, your word is 紅葉 [こうよう].
