On the morning of the 11th, the morning after I arrived in Tokyo, I boarded a shinkansen headed for Osaka in the south. Little did I, or anyone else, know that Japan's largest earthquake in its recorded history would hit north of this region only a few hours later. いっぱい寝て起きたら偏頭痛でした。 まずスマホの画面が見れないので、腕時計がいるなって思いました。 久しぶりに吐き気がするくらい深めにきまして、仕事がしんどかったです。 リンクルアイビー飲めば治るんですけどね。無くなってきたから買い足さなきゃマジで。 思い返すと、子供の頃から偏頭痛持ちでした。 ただこのズキズキの名前がわからないので放っておくしかありませんでした。 剣道していて辛かった思い出があります。でも吐きはしなかったので、今よりは軽度です。 オードリーの若林さんも酷い偏頭痛持ちで、治療をしているとラジオで話してました。 定期的に注射をしてかなり抑えられる治療法があるらしいです。 いざとなったらその手もありますからね。安心して偏頭痛しています(ホッとズキズキ)。 #今日の一画 #イラスト #ブログ #1日1絵 #イラストグラム #漫画家 #ゆうしよう #岩手県 #子育て #女の子 #窓辺 #子供 #illustration #drawing #art #それではまた明日の一画で https://www.instagram.com/p/Cmbrds7vD9R/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=
