The demon took in the injuries his cowboy sustained, seeing that it was worse off than what the other made it out to be. Thoughts rolled through his head as he stared at Cassidy. He only had a short amount of time before the enemy caught up to them. He knew this. Yet a plan - as far-fetched as it was - formed within his mind.
"I'm not leaving you behind," he growled as he took his wakizashi, tearing off his glove, and slashing his palm. "You're getting out of here alive." He'll be damned if he allows his cowboy to die when he could've done something about it. So, he's doing something about it. "Drink," he offered his hand to the cowboy, blood pouring from the wound.

Reaps and Oni are co-workers, but also Oni is the technical shadow of Reaps in order to report back to Moira whether Reaps is following orders or whatnot. They both have reputations within Talon for their own respective abilities, but also for the rare times they do join together for missions.
While normally Reaps leaves little to no one alive on missions alone, he also makes sure none survive when with Oni. Not only because the demon is his watcher, but also because he wants to one-up the demon. It goes from being a mission they're assigned together to a competition between the two of them.
The Oni isn't entirely on Moira's side, either. He doesn't report any new developments with Reaps in terms of powers, only capabilities. "Has he improved in this area/that area/with extracting information, etc etc" is mostly what he reports back. Perhaps it's fear on his part that there's someone out there that's worse than him and he's remaining on Reaps good side for as long as possible. "Keep your friends close but your enemies closer."

The wraith took Brann out for a little...date. He wouldn't technically call it that but it's definitely one. They had just gotten out of watching a movie at a theater and walking towards a nearby cafe. However, Reaps being the vigilant agent he is, noticed they were being tailed. He gave nothing away to Brann as they walked, continuing to listen to Brann whenever he speaks.
Reaps kept his eyes out for somewhere to ditch this fool, spotting an alleyway. As they neared it, his grip on Brann tightened. "Follow my lead and remain quiet," he whispered to his knight before he pulled Brann into the alleyway, pressing him against the wall in the shadows. The wraith's nanites took up the space, covering the area they hid in as Reaps eyed their pursuer.
When their pursuer rounded the corner and couldn't find them, they started to step into the alleyway until a familiar voice rang out, "I'd think twice about that." From the shadows emerged The Oni, the shadows clung to his form as he slowly stepped towards the offending figure. That was enough to intimidate the person and cause them to run off.
A silence fell over the alleyway before Reaps and Oni broke out in laughter. The wraith pulled his nanites back to himself and stepped back from Brann. "Glad to know you can read signals," he stared at Genji, shaking his head with a grin on his lips. The Oni responded with mock offense, hand over heart, "You wound me, wraith."
Their banter ended with another laugh before their gaze turned to Brann, eyes softening once on their little knight. "You still up for some food?"
