I saw Heroes Rising with my hubby and a work friend today, and THAT SHIT WAS GOOD

And yeah this is the shit I always envisioned whenever I stuck to my guns about how Deku and Bakugou would end up being partner heroes....because, you know....character development that was actually set up from the hecking BEGINNING of this story. That is why i see bkdk as a completely viable ship. Dude, y'all, we knew this was gonna come.

Also, the only scene I missed was the one where Deku is talking to Katsuma about being a hero, and bakugou was listening in like the eavesdropper he is, and apparently there was a popsicle?? Idk. I missed it because my hubby ate all the damn popcorn and soda and I had to run for more before the action started smh, lmao.

Though the *plot amnesia* on bakugous part at the end I am not a huge fan of. And honestly, I think he should have just been written to give the quirk back on his own because of his pride and "I don't need your shitty quirk deku, I'm gonna be the best with my own!" (I read this in a fanfic that I really liked, and yeah, the transfer was done via smooch, just a suggestion, studio bones and horikoshi!)

I love the students, the two little kids, I like Hawks in animated form, but COME ON, ADULTS OF UA HIGH, YOU SHOULD HAVE SENT AT LEAST A LITTLE PRO HERO BACK UP. Have you learned NOTHING from the history of this class attracting danger to them like adorable teenage magnets??

Just everything in this movie was SO good. Can't wait to watch it again.

I'm gonna be appreciating this movie and it's gorgeous fights and it's KACCHAN AND DEKU for quite a dang while. 💖💖💖
