Here’s some things about the Kingdom of Lucifenia, cause if I’m rping a royal character, by principle, I must also expanded on the kingdom:

Lucifenia is mostly based on 16th & 17th century France, mostly during the reign of Queen Marie Antoinette, including leading up to a eventual revolution that would completely change the face of the country. Based on this, Lucifenia’s main spoken language would be French. Despite this, English(also known as common speak) would also be quite normal to hear, though usually of aristocrats or people with a mild amount of wealth, as not all commoners at the time could read or write, let alone speak another language. Japanese would also be slightly spoken in Lucifenia, but almost exclusively by aristocrats.

Lucifenia is a mid-western region of Evillious, located directly below Elphegort & above the Beelzenia Empire, with Asmodean bordering it in the east. At its height, the Kingdom of Lucifenia controlled much of the territories formerly controlled by its neighbors & encompassed several different landscapes. During Riliane’s Reign of Evil, Lucifenia most likely controlled these territories, making it a leading World Super Power at the time.

Also called the ‘Yellow Country’, it’s likely called this, as both the Lucifenian Military adored their armor with a yellow color, & because those of the pureblood Orthodox Lucifenian lines were born with blonde hair & blue eyes, like those born in the Lucifenian Royal Family.

Kingdom of Lucifenia's soldiers were trained to be extremely loyal to the Lucifenian Royal Family & were experts in using offense to achieve victory. However, due its historical success in military campaigns, the ministers & military commanders were severely inexperienced in defensive tactics & would easily be left in disarray if confronted by an attacking force.

Standard Lucifenian footsoldiers were trained to march long distances & were taught to typically wield swords or spears in combat. Some soldiers were also trained in horseback riding to travel long distances. The Lucifenian military generally wore tightly plated armor & were led by flagbearers that bore the Lucifenia crest upon them(the 3 wings symbol seen above), when traveling as large forces. During the time of Lucifenia I's reign, the military uniform included yellow armor. Following the invention of hand-held firearms such as the revolver, the Lucifenian army was equipped with the new armaments, however, they kept the standard yellow coloration of the armor they have been come to be known for, & had the Lucifenia Crest now imprinted upon their armor.

The Lucifenians were a proud people, stubbornly loyal to their country & its well-being, much like the French people it was based off of. However, due to the rigid social structure created by the Kingdom of Lucifenia's government, there was an enormous divide between the nobility & the common folk, causing distrust & later civil unrest within the country. 

Flowers, particularly red & yellow roses, were typical decorations in Lucifenian architecture. Yellow roses in partucalr are a favorite of Princess Riliane.

For entertainment, the aristocracy primarily enjoyed reading literature or poetry, though some literate commoners also enjoyed the pastime. Regardless, both social classes enjoyed opera.

The more I write Riliane, the more I realize she’s a full blown narcissist, because one of the results of the Demon of Pride possessing her is ‘expelling all doubts’, as well as increasing their arrogance & vanity.

Literally meaning, in her own mind, she can not be wrong no matter what. Including going as far as killing people because, if their not there to tell her she’s wrong, then she’s by default right.

Okay, no but for real, the only thing keeping Riliane from trying to chop off Elluka’s head, is the small part of Riliane’s original self that still exists in her... somewhere.

I don’t doubt the Demon of Pride would want to get rid of Elluka in any way possible.

Lesson time for the people who aren’t aware of the Story Of Evil, the Lucifenian Revolution was a lot more then just some angry, hungry peasants storming the palace. It took two other countries joining the resistance & a genocide of green haired women for it to actually be a success.

A bunch of starving, non-combat trained peasants wouldn’t have been enough best the Lucifenian army, they needed more men & for the Lucifenian military to have exhausted themselves so they would not have the same amount of solders, energy, or supplies to fight back. With Marlon & Elphegort proving more men, & the Green Hunting having just happened, thus, exhausting the Lucifenia troops & their supplies, it made the prefect grounds for this to happen.

I generally believe that without these three things, the Revolution wouldn’t have succussed. Lucifenia was the strongest country in Evillious at the time because of it’s military, that’s not a status you earn easily.

Idk what Josephine is feed at the royal stables, but I can only imagine it being some kind of horse caviar, aka it’s fancy & expensive af.

Riliane does this shit now. If she has to tell people to shut up more then once, not only does she loses her composer & goes full tantrum mode, but that now includes going full shrill in a way that echoes even when she’s not in the Hall of Sounds, or a big hallway in general. Only, of course, RIliane is a lot more high pitched & squeaky, cause she’s 14; so it’s much worse to hear.

Riliane is the type of princess who would send someone to the guillotine just for looking at her the wrong way lol
