When you knew him just as a friend, Starscream was initially hardly impressed with your piloting abilities unless you were able to outmaneuver even him (or come real close to). But he has to admit that some human flight maneuvers are... Somewhat impressive, but mostly inferior in comparison to cybertronian flight maneuvers and techniques. He'd be glad to show off—to show you examples of cybertronian flight maneuvers—specifically extremely difficult ones, and even teach you some if you were interested enough. Now that you're his S/O, not much has changed, but he does miss you while you're out on duty. He tries to talk with you as frequently as he can, however he understands that you may not be able to chat with him as much as he'd like.

Knockout doesn't care about your job too much, but he'll start complaining when you have to be away on duty for too long. During these times he usually calls you a whole lot, and these talks last real late into the night (unless you're too busy to chat). And at times when he doesn't hear back from you in a while, he starts to worry that something bad had happened to you. When you get back from work, you should definitely expect to be spending lots of time around him.

Optimus also doesn't think much of your job, but if you've ever been in war then the two of you can relate over just how exhausting war can be. He understands that because of your job there may be periods of time where you're called away for duty and he may not be able to speak or see you in person for a while. During these times he does attempt to speak with you as frequently as your schedule allows. When you return he's always relieved and happy to see you again, and if he has the time, he'd always offer to pick you up and drive you back to your home or perhaps to the base if you'd like.
