after khione makes sure she can still breathe after that elbow to the gut, she tells will and layla that she's going to look for the pretty girl. tells layla to please text her if she's planning on heading home. to keep her in the loop. layla just grins and tells her to 'go already'.

so khione does.

it soon becomes apparent that the pretty girl has left the party. so khione weaves her way around the people that are still dancing and singing and once she makes it to the hallway, khione spots the pretty girl and spots someone else with her.

a boy, clearly drunk.

"hey," khione says as she approaches, "i was wondering where you went. who's your friend? he... looks like he's about to turn as green as his suit. should we sit him down or something? get some water or other fluids into him?"
