Emmett x Carlisle - When these two are together, it's just guys bein' dudes. Carlisle doesn't feel the same parental pressure for Emmett that he does with Edward or Rose -- he's the chill son-in-law! The man of science and the man of action come together and perform some of the wildest, most reckless experiments.

Jasper x Bella - These two got off to a rocky start. However, Alice and Edward wanted their spouses to be best friends too, so they constantly forced situations to get them to bond. It eventually worked, just not in the way they intended. About once a year, Jasper and Bella will get together, Bella will shield Jasper from all feelings, and the two of them will bitch. About their family, immortality, and even each other. It's all on the table.

Rose x Edward - Any interaction between these two has to begin with a seething argument. When the flames die down, they do have a lot in common. They have similar tastes in music, cars, and romantic partners, even though they pretend they don't. In the rarest moments--because Bella never put forth the effort to try and Emmett can't take anything seriously--they will dance together. Whenever that happens, the entire family will drop everything to watch them.

Alice x Esme - The queens of arts and crafts. These ladies have tried just about every creative hobby they could find, and they do as much of it from scratch as they can. They make their own paper and leather for bookbinding for scrapbooking. They spin their own yarn to knit sweaters. They do it all, and eventually manage several faceless social media accounts where they post their elaborate creations.
