I’m rewatching card captor Sakura and it makes me so sad for so many characters.
Like tomoyo who is obviously in love with Sakura??? And tomoyos mum who was in love with sakuras mum AND THEN THE MUM DIED???? BUT BOTH ENDED UP WITH SOME DUDE. (Okk let’s look away that they are cousins and Second cousins)
I’m so heartbroken watching it back. Especially for Tomoyos family.
This anime was my first interaction with gay people and that you can love and be soulmates with everyone without caring about gender (NOT AGE!!! LETS NOT TALK ABOUT THOSE WEIRD CANON RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN TEACHERS AND STUDENTS)

I still can’t believe that my favorite version of „amazing grace“ is the freaking detective Conan movie 12 version.
When I first heard the original version of this song I was dissapointed.
