He was raised human and learned as a kid that he was not human. I would think doctors or labs would be a heebie-jeebie sort of thing for him.
It would be so funny if it was clowns. An extra reason to dislike the joker.

mind control (unaddressed trauma from being brainwashed and made to do awful shit by darkseid)
lava (trauma from superman confidential. but he forces himself to get over this one quickly bc he has to do a surprising amount of volcano rescues in his line of work)(jon shares this one)
I think it would be funny if he has weird Kryptonian phobias that are inexplicable to him because he has no context for them, having grown up on earth. like maybe hippos give him the heebie jeebies because they look oddly similar to Kryptonian predators, or something like that.

I sincerely believe that Robin era Tim wore a full, accurate Batman suit onesie as pajamas and if Jason ever saw him it would be like:
Jason: Wow, nice footie pajamas. Were you hoping to fool people into thinking you're a literal infant instead of an enfant terrible?
Tim: Haha. It's called a kigurumi, actually.
