With each Fall, I become softer
As the nights grow darker, I become more rested
The trees are storing their energy, and so will I
I will get sufficient sleep
I look back on this year with gratitude and forgiveness
The cool air restores my energy
I will allow myself room to breathe and relax
There will be time for me to do the things I enjoy
I am at peace with myself
