Often, we worry so much about what other people think of us and conduct ourselves in a way which keeps everyone else happy. “Did what I say offend that person??!” “Do they like me?” “Why do they have that opinion of me?!”
Overly caring about what others think will literally consume you if your not careful. We are not in control of how others perceive us, we will always have those who love or hate us and this is simply a natural byproduct of human existence. Do you ever find yourself apologising too much? If so ask yourself is the apology warranted or am I continuously trying to people please. Deep down you will know the answer.
As we are spiritual beings living a human experience, social inclusion is often very important for us and it’s quite normal to care (to an extent) how others perceive us. However, remember that they are not you, you are not them, you’ve had completely different life experiences. If someone decides they “dislike” or “hate” you understand that this is often a reflection on them rather than you.
It’s important to find a good balance between being a good person who is self-aware and reflective without being entirely governed by others people’s limited beliefs and opinions 🙌🏻

Your higher self is always watching over you - make sure you pay attention to any signs and synchronicities guiding you along your way. Most of all...trust your gut! (as I was typing this I noticed the time was 11:11 🤣😇alignment at its finest)

The moon will sweep through the Earth’s dark umbral shadow, creating a total eclipse of the moon. This full moon is 2021’s closest full moon of the year. Eclipses are rare because they can only take place when the Sun, the Earth and the Moon are all aligned. ☀️🌎🌕🧘‍♀️
The full moon is a great opportunity to let go of an aspect of your life that you have outgrown and a time for adopting new sense of maturity or wisdom. It’s a perfect time for releasing something that no longer serves you and a reminder to embrace change and cultivate a greater connection to the Divine.

The energy of a full moon is extremely strong and quite often it can affect us several days beforehand. If you are feeling more emotional, tired or lethargic this could be due to the strong energies at play during this time. The moon controls the tides and human beings are made of 60% water. Consequently, as a collective we will be influenced by this strong energy whether realise it or not - don’t worry this will pass, just treat it as an opportunity for change 🌛🙌🏻

It’s so easy to judge or criticise another’s actions when you’ve experienced a completely different life to them. We all have different upbringings, beliefs and morals which influence our daily actions and how we interact with others or certain situations. It’s not unusual to find yourself judging others from time to time, but when this occurs try to catch yourself in the moment. Remind yourself that everyone’s had a different life experience to you & that you will never fully understand life from their perspective.

All emotions that you feel are valid. The spiritual journey requires us to embrace all of our human emotions with tenderness & care. To deny these aspects of ourselves will simply do more harm than good. Development truly begins when we become aware of our emotions and ask deeper questions as to why we feel the way we do. Often, we are triggered by unresolved trauma that our inner child has not dealt with. The key is to not dwell on these negative emotions, be aware of them and acknowledge how you feel entirely, sit with the emotion even if it’s painful - this is where the true healing begins. There is no rush or finish line, this is a life long journey. 🙏🏻💙
