It's T-1 until tomorrow's @spartanrace BEAST in Liberec, Czech Republic 馃嚚馃嚳, and the weather forecast is pretty the same as during most of my this year's races: a cold and rainy day. Yay! 馃檭馃檪鈽傦笍
I am really looking forward to this in order to complete the local country trifecta and to complete my third trifecta of the year.

Day 707
So, this is my last workout day before the upcoming three @spartanrace at this weekend. In order to not overpace anymore, I did a quite nice biking session, accompanied by some squats and stabilization exercises:
Biking: 54km
Squats: 3x30
One-leg-stands: 30x25 seconds

Let's get back to business, everybody!
So, for today's workout, I focused on the upper body parts again, in order to get the final strength for the upcoming @spartanrace events.

Since there are only six days left to my next @spartanrace weekend at the country of Europe's new Team and Women's Champions (Liberec, Czech Republic 馃嚚馃嚳), it's time to push a little harder during my last exercise sessions.

Well, this is just crazy.
Today, I've been sharing my workouts, exercises, adventures and mud-experiences with all of you since 700 - 7 0 0 - days. Cool. 馃槑

Looking for some new combinations of exercises during my workout routine, today I combined a little tour on my bike with pull-ups:
Biking: 63 km
Pull-ups: 2x14

During today's workout, I focused on exercises for strengthening the body's core. This is essential for all the sports activities you do - a strong core makes everything easier and more stable.
So, follow me with this:
Situps: 2x140
Air cycling with clapping hands: 2x80
Reverse crunches: 2x50
Planking: 5x80

After yesterday's focus on endurance and on @spartanrace essentials, today it's time to focus on strengthening the legs:
Squats: 2x35
One-leg-stands: 20x30 seconds in balance pad
In addition, I did some pull-ups again, with some Tarzan-swings.

Let's get back to business!
Since there are less than two weeks to go until the @spartanrace Liberec will take place, it's time to push a little bit harder in the last training sessions. For that reason, today I combined endurance running with Spartan Race essentials:
Running: 10.8km in about 52 minutes

5x10 Burpees (after each 2km) and
12 Pull-ups

Today's workout focused on the upper body parts, again, I order to be prepared well enough for all the monkey bars, ropes and #climbing obstacles during the next races.
Besides that, I did some stabilization exercises on my balance pad:
Pull-ups: 2x15
Hanging on horizontal bars: 3x45 seconds
One-leg-stands: 30x25 seconds
