The First Morning
My gift for @hdowlpost for threading_fate 🧡
I absolutely adored drawing this piece. I was challenged with the change in perspective, and spent such a long time with lighting and shadows too.
Adding the finer details was so much fun, particularly the ferret plushie, the Molly Weasley recipe book, the potions textbook, Draco’s apple socks and all of the cassettes.
Hugs to @apricitydays-lazynights for coaching me through lighting techniques, and for cheering this piece on right from the start! 🧡
