Binge prevention tip
When you think about binging, or rewarding yourself with chocolate or fries, picture this year’s summer in your head. Your body strolling on the beach. Now pick your scenario:
You’re at home preparing yourself. You watch yourself in the mirror putting on your big dull bikini which tightens in all the wrong places. Fat bulges on your thighs, belly and back. You look like a whale. Literally. Then you go to the beach with your family. Ashamed of yourself, you’re walking down the beach with everybody staring at you, thinking the same thing: jeez girl, do you live on hamburgers? You see the looks, you feel uncomfortable in your own skin. You try to suck your stomach. You wanna cry. You wrap yourself in your towel to hide your fat body from the world.
You’re at home preparing yourself. You put on your new colorful small bikini that you FINALLY fit into! You get to the beach with your family and you wear your body with pride. No need for sucking your stomach in, no need for hiding any fat as it’s not there. People stare at you in awe. Your family worry a bit about how skinny you’ve gotten, but really they think you look better than ever. You look like a model. You FEEL like a model. You make everybody feel as jealous and miserable as you’re feeling right now.
Now pick your choice. What do you want? Pride or shame? Admiration or disgust? SKINNY or FAT? You’re making that choice right now. If you binge, you’re choosing #1. And you can only thank yourself when summer is upon you.
You can do this, my angels! You can be the best version of yourselves. Show me, show yourselves.

gonna put this out there:
eating 1000 calories will not make you gain weight.  (unless your metabolism is dead - but typically, no.)  so if you feel like you’re going to faint or you’re too weak;  you will not gain weight if your calorie intake is 1000 calories.  most of us (including me) restrict insanely low. 500, 200, 800.  and that’s okay, we’re sick. it’s expected.  but! your safety is important. eating a banana because you almost passed out during chemistry is okaaayyyy. breathe. you’re okay.  you will not gain weight because you ate a little extra.  if you ate 800 and felt too weak to function and ate a little bit of toast to help that and your intake got up to 950, it’s okay.  (specific example. just to make things even simpler.)  so breathe, have some tea. you’re okay. you’re fine.

It’s okay to snack sometimes. Everyone gets hungry, and sometimes stomach pains are too much. There are many healthy, under 100 calorie fruits and veggies (as well as other things) you can snack on, such as:
