Meet SHED 🤝 NAOMI on the MIC ️ @iamnaomirotstein HI! I’m Naomi. I graduated with a BS in Exercise Science from Ithaca College and a minor in Nutrition Science. I’ve been in the fitness industry for 15 years, and started personal training in 2011. I left the corporate gym world after 8 years to start my own personal training business – both in person and venture out online to help more people than 1:1 I went all in, personal training my clients privately in 2018 as well as started an online fitness business to diversify the way that I worked. I fell in love with the process of marketing, branding and creating powerful programs for my clients so much so that I began mentoring other fitness professionals with their online businesses, as well. My process with 1:1 personal training clients focuses on rewriting the script around fitness and nutrition – physically, mentally, and emotionally – to leave you feeling empowered and in control. Through highly personalized recommendations and private fitness sessions, we’re able to get deep into doing the work that makes for the most effective and efficient results. Together, you’ll build strength, confidence, and a higher sense of self. I currently run my personal training business, training clients in Boston and via Zoom, as well as run a mentoring business where I help fitness professionals create their signature online programs so they, too can impact lives from anywhere.
