You turned to him, eyes shiny with tears and lips wobbling.

”Do you think I’m a nuisance?”

Alastor blinked in confusion, his head tilting at your question.

You looked away, feeling silly “I-Its just that you’re an Overlord and yet you’re married to me…shouldn’t you be with someone more on that level? Susan said-”

That’s why you left me for seven years and stay at the hotel…that the princess seemed to make a better partner for you than me….i mean IKNOWyoudont seeCharlieinthatway or her youbutI meanyouspendalotoftimehere andnotathomeandiguessiwasjustfeeling lonely and insecure-”

you were rambling. Alastor stole a quick kiss to shut you up and your eyes widened at the affection.

Alastor chuckled “my dear i wouldnt trade you for the world. You are perfect and I do apologize for my absence but Im back and I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon”

Now your eyes were watering for a whole different reason.

”Y-You mean that?”

he nodded and your wrapped your arms around his neck, bursting into tears.

He rubbed your back to soothe you and laughed

“Oh my sweet doe what am I gonna do with you?”
