Took me a while to publish the list because it's pretty long, and I had to double check sources and alot of TOUs. I decided in the end to only include CCs of which I could no longer find a source in the 'mods' folder. The rest are linked - please follow the instructions at the top of the .txt file.
I probably won't compile a cc list again due to the length of cc, but will upload the tray files for build downloads in the future.

FINIBUS SET
It has been a long time since I made a new fence ! This set has 16 new items to make the entrance of a modern and contemporary house. I mixed metal, concrete and wood with sleek design to bring you a fence with 6 gates (single, double and car gates with or without doors), 2 garage doors (open & closed), some awnings, a new functional mailbox, two outdoors lamps and a functional wheeled trashbin !

This is a mini set exclusively for TSR. I was inspired by a picture I stumbled upon on Pinterest and really liked the minimalist atmosphere from it. The sofas are supposed to be attached to the wall, but you can make them magically float ! I added some graphic designed cushions and wall art and a wood branches divider that will bring back organic to those simple shapes.

Artus set
This is a very simple build set with narrow windows to give an edgy and contemporary look to your houses. Their width and height match my Aurore windows. I also added several sized glass roof/floor to add even more light and openings ! Finally, I was missing some nice flooring for my outdoor areas so I created three paving stones floors.

A zen and precious penthouse apartment with 360° panoramic views in a modern building in the heart of Beirut, the lively Gemmayzeh neighborhood. The floor plan unfolds as a platform around a rectangular central block of the entrance. Circulation revolves around the edges of the central block, not merely conceived as a boundary to the outside world, but also regulates the organization of internal activities.
