I did 20ish minutes warm up on the treadmill and then a 30 minute full body work out. I am... Going to Die. Holy shit that was hard, but I did it! Now to go home and pass out on the couch.

About 1 year of slacking off but I'm trying again. My problem is that when I want to do something I throw myself into it instead of easing in. Which burns me out real quick. So I'm starting slow. For right now I'm just going to go one day a week (Wednesday). I want to actually do the classes where you get an intense cardio, but I went too early today. But I have the schedule now! I also have to watch my diet because it turns out I'm sensitive to gluten, dairy, and sugar. Right now I'm just going to focus on gluten and work my way up to the harder stuff.

Made it rockwall climbing! But I’m out of practice so I couldn’t go for very long.  That being said, the hardness I paid for about three months ago finally arrived so now I have ALL my own gear!!!  Nice that it arrived before I had to disappear for a couple weeks

I’m gonna go to the gym but I’m just gonna run on the treadmill for like an hour.  I don’t know what’s wrong with me but I am like, anti-motivated to work out.  I don’t feel any stronger, I certainly haven’t lost weight...it all just feels so pointless like who the hell am I kidding.

So I finally got to go climbing again after weeks of having life get in the way. There are so many people showing up in the mornings, it used to be I'd have the place to myself for an hour. It just sucks to have to go in and feel fat and weak around a bunch of strong skinny people. I'm trying so hard and still I wonder if I'll ever get to the point where I can come in here and not feel like everyone is wondering wtf I'm doing there.

I worked harder today. I even jogged for minute! Literally 1 minute, but that's pretty impressive for me. If I was being chased by an ax murderer I'd just lay down and let him kill me instead of running away.

Jesus fuck I think I saw one of my old co workers from the prison. The one I hate so much I want to fight him. But I'm not sure and now I can't see him and I'm P A R A N O I D If it was him I just know he's gonna be like "GUESS WHICH FATASS I SAW AT THE GYM" to everyone.

In my experience dumbbells make it easier to lift differently on one side v another so maybe try your rows with barbells or EZ preweighted bars in the future? It's the same workout, so the sub should be fine?
I think I'm def gonna ignore the dumbbell rows for now. I'll replace them with some other back exercise, preferably one I can do on a machine.
