I absolutely love how Naoko incorporated high fashion into her designs! I think the best example is that Dior dress which became the model for Princess Serenity's gown.

Also, just in general, I feel like the everyday fashion in both the anime and manga is so cute. And a lot of the outfits feel pretty timeless, especially in the manga. I really realized it when I was watching the Eternal movies for the first time, which religiously recreate the fashion of the manga. Rather than being outdated, the outfits still look so good!
