I shared this on my twt/insta already but I'll put it here too incase anyone is interested. How many of these details did you notice from the art? 👀

1. Tattoos with each other's initials

2. Matching earrings/bracelets

3. Shepherd's purse in the floral pattern on the bottom layer of Deku's clothes (they mean "I offer you my all" in flower language)

4. Orange blossoms on Deku's headband (a flower associated with weddings)

5. Deku wearing Kacchan's red necklace - I love the idea that in the Fantasy AU, they would give the one they are to marry a bracelet/necklace that has a lot of importance to them. It's similar to the idea of trusting someone with your heart, knowing/hoping that they won't break it.

6. Kacchan is wearing a shoulder armor on his right shoulder but it's mostly hidden in this drawing

BNHA and bkdk fics/art created by the other content creators helped me get through a lot of hard times during the past few years. My love for the ship has only grown since then and this motivates me to put in the extra time & effort into each piece to make it the best quality that I can 🧡💚

Don't worry, you're not bothering me at all! 😊 The Fire Lily fanfiction is not mine. It is written by EtherealBeing on Ao3 and it is still incomplete. The author updates it regularly so I can assure you that it hasn’t been abandoned.

I'm simply a reader who loves the fic a lot. The only thing that is mine is the artwork.

If you and your friend are open to plot point ideas for the AI AU, I think it would be cool, as well as thematically relevant, if, at one point, Deku is arrested (like on charges of insubordination/treason due to "corrupting" Katsuki's programming with his actions), so Katsuki puts his military prowess to use, storms the prison, and breaks Izuku out with ruthless determination; in his first act of true rebellion, he becomes the killing machine he was intended as, for the first and last time.

*gasps* Ohhhh I love it!! 👀 It would be even more angsty if it happened during the scene in the art. Just imagine the relief both of them feel when they reunite, only to have the guards storming in and taking Izuku away from Katsuki. Seeing Izuku being manhandled like that is what really sets Katsuki off on his act of true rebellion.

"He becomes the killing machine he was intended as, for the first and last time" -> I loooove this part to bits. Just the imagery of him standing among a trail of unconscious (or dead if you'd prefer) guards/scientists as he reaches down to help a tied up Izuku is *chef's kiss*

I absolutely looooove Fire Lily by EtherealBeing. It's a bkdk Demon & Angel AU. I cannot get enough of this fic and I've re-read it so many times it's a bit embarrassing to admit lmao. The lore is simply AMAZING and so are the ideologies in it. It really makes you question your previously held beliefs. The author is just so good at world building that honestly I feel like she can write her own novel with her own characters.

If you're looking for a high school-setting falling in love + getting your heart broken type fic then this might not be for you. But, if themes like 'us against the world' + thriller genre + adventure + plot driven sound appealing to you then I definitely recommend this fic. The romance is still there ofc and ultimately bkdk are falling for each other (all the flirting and their interactions are really cute) but relationship angst isn't the main focus of the story.

Maybe it's because I grew up reading books like The Hunger Games so I'm a sucker for stories with dystopian/take down the government aspects and that is what Fire Lily is. The fic is still ongoing but the author is updating it regularly and I can promise you that she hasn’t abandoned it.

I even did fanart for it twice because it's my way of telling the author how much I appreciate all their hard work! Here's the most recent one:
