It is so important to be really vigilant.
In my extended family I have seen how things got so relaxed as the numbers came down. We have had two weddings with all the possible fanfare.
And to be honest I was swayed away too.
I also booked my tickets and was ready to fly only that my test results did not come in time and wasn’t able to come. Now many from the attendees have already gone through a messy time and some still suffering.
Price that we sometimes pay for having social phobia or letting ourselves off guard, calls for utmost care and attention.
So do all you can to stay safe and most importantly lift up your spirits in a real away: watch good movies, read uplifting books, sing with Sonia, Madhu and perhaps others who you love, dance with Meenakshi, meditate with Geetanjali, practice your yoga, tai chi, aikido, work at emotional regulation, call each other instead of just texting, explore something new through an online class, observe your thoughts and patterns of thinking, intrinsic biases that might hold us captive through our fears and judgements,
Simply bring, awe, wonder and curiosity in the mundane!
No better time than this to get to know yourself and others better and create shifts towards what your heart desire.

Desire is a vibration that you are yet to see, taste, smell, hear or feel.
It is ripening within your mind & you can fully feel it in your heart. It is nothing separate from you.  The more you nourish it with all your heart the sooner you see it manifested.
The only reason you don't have it yet is your own incapacity to tune in to who you really are!
When life does not show you the results that you would like to see, know that there is some non alignment in your desires & your deeply held belief system.
You then have choices to make
- to give up on your desire
- to look at your limiting beliefs & realign
- to look at what went wrong, why, how & when
You can choose either of these independently or in any series or combinations.
I personally find the 2nd one fastest & a sure shot way to live the life of my dreams.
When ever you feel upset, angry or dissatisfied with something, tell yourself -" You have a choice either to get dragged into the drama or shift positions & rather be an observer/ onlooker."
Reminding ourselves that we always have a free will no matter what the situation, helps alleviate our momentary suffering & takes away the charge from our emotions.
Sometimes allow your happiness & sadness as well to be expressed as/ through tears. Tears are neither a sign of weakness nor strength. They simply depict your exposure to a vulnerable moment that touched your heart in its absolute rawness. It indicates your openess to experiencing coherence within/ out. Simply accept those moments & carry on!
"Navigating our way through the prejudices, we  learn to discover our triggers, their causes & their blinding impact on us."
Do not allow your biases to nullify the affect of your Exploration, Experimentation & Experience.
Allow yourself the luxury of -
-meeting someone you would never want to
-being in a place of absolute discomfort
-facing an unknown & unpredictable situation
-having an argument & loosing it too
-making a decision without wanting to
-being a rebel
-breaking rules
- and the list goes on
Sooner than later you shall realize that all of this never kept you bound & stuck, rather your EXPECTATION of how all should turn out versus how it actually does, is the seed of your high functioning anxiety.
When you let go of it, you release the energy that was holding in place, Expectation for you. With this release all your biases & prejudices are washed off. From there on you initiate a new relationship, one that has scope of developing into what it actually should be- an expanding experience of unison with all that is, the way it is!
And then you are changed forever!
