i get what you mean when you say that you were raised in a religious household and went to church and did all the christian stuff despite not really feeling it in your core because i do too! im catholic myself in a very religious household with a religious mother who, honestly, basically went through the same thing you did. Im not religious in my core myself (i believe in God but im not that hardcore yk?) but based on what i’ve heard from my mom, i feel like your life will start to go back on that rise.

my mom wasn’t religious, she didn’t feel it in her core, but then one day she went through lots of hardships and had a religious epiphany too. and now look, she’s happily married with 5 kids and her own business co-run with my dad. Im not saying that it’ll be just like this and it will most certainly still be hard, im just saying that your life will exit that dark tunnel and bathe in the light again. and hey, maybe God truly was what you needed to open up the door

I was legit worried when you disappeared and kept checking on your account here and on ao3 haha

I remember seeing you being absent for weeks first, then months and at some point I just turned notifications on on your blog and seeing the notification first thing in the morning was a very "am I seeing things????" kind of thing hehe

Glad that you are back, and your story was pretty eye-opening, I've never heard someone's experience with rediscovering religion like this.

KJFHADSJFHJADFHJAD yeah i totally vanished off of every writing account i have. i seriously debated going back every single time but life was not cut out for me then.

i opened up a different writing account in quotev/ao3 at around september and wrote very short stuff that i left on hold to let out all the shuck i had been going through. i'm back here now :") i still plan to keep that account 'separate', but i will be carrying over that one wanderer fic. nice to be back <3

and yes, i didn't expect to rediscover religion and faith myself, i was tops ready to just take over my life and do away with it as i planned to bcs "im feeling no God anywhere to guide me", but then June came to slap me in the face when i was about to take charge and- yeah LKFADFKDAHSF
