“It was phenomenal. He was a boy in ‘Part One’ and he brought this boy to be a man. He became a charismatic dark figure and became this power that is the Lisan al Gaib on screen. I think Timothée did a fantastic job. I was moved many times to see how as an actor on screen, he became much more confident and even better. On set he really became a real leading man. I thought he was much more comfortable in ‘Part Two’. He knew how to protect himself [and] his focus. He became someone who brings all the actors together with high spirits. I really love working with Timothée. It was a great experience in ‘Part One’ [and] a fantastic experience in ‘Part Two’.”
-Denis Villeneuve talking about Timothée Chalamet (via Screen Rant)
People are concerned about the direction of Timothée's creative career choices because of this WB contract. But if people had read the Variety article correctly you would know that there is no reason to worry. He will have complete freedom to choose the projects he wants to work on. And he's not “tied” to WB, he can work on other projects outside of WB.
As for Timothée's personal life, everyone believes what they want and I won't go into that topic here because due to a personal choice a long time ago I decided not to comment on his personal life anymore, but I definitely don't judge anyone who does.
I'll just add that whether people like his personal choices or not, these were decisions he made for himself, no one forced him to do anything, whether these decisions are contractual or not. Therefore, this contract with WB will in no way affect his personal choices
In closing, I am very happy and proud of Timothée ❤️
Today’s episode of Nobody is Moving On is brought to us by World of Reel who in their piece on Luca suggest that he’s said that the script for the Call Me By Your Name sequel - to star both Armie and Timmy - is done.
