ive been extremely bad at restriction this weekā€¦ as in ive eaten normallyā€¦
itā€™s ok the holidays begin after tomorrow, im sure i can restrict more then. i want to try my first 48 hour fast.
work is killing me, i canā€™t seem to come home without something full of calories.

so yesterday up until that party i talked about went great, todayā€¦ made it till 12:30pmish and then i ate normally for the rest of the day BUT no binges or overeating which normally happens on weekends. school holidays begin for me after this week and then im off for 3 weeks! now my friends canā€™t be suspicious!

reasons why i want to be sk1nny:
- i wonā€™t be the ugly fat friend anymore
- guys (and girls) will like me, not my friends
- i can hug people without being scared of them feeling my stomach
- wearing cropped tops
- wearing tight, body forming dresses and clothing
- being looked at and asked if i want something to eat out of concern
- being cold on 30Ā° celsius days
- someone can carry me
- being picked for a lead in a musical
- my school uniform fitting properly

- being able to fit both my hands around my leg without having to stretch
- shopping at op shops and being able to wear everything there
- looking like the characters i so often read about in my books
- walking through the house and not making a sound
- rings fitting my fingers

breakfast: half of overnight oats (100)
lunch: grapefruit infused water (5)
snacks: gum (5), two cheese cubes (47), ten grapes (34)
dinner: quinoa california roll (212), seven raspberries (7)
TOTAL: 410
i binged last night around 9:30 on chocolate covered freeze dried strawberries (donā€™t know how many i ate, but iā€™d day around 300 calories worth). because of my binge, i didnā€™t get to do a 12 hour fast. my parents watched me eat breakfast this morning. the overnight oats i make are 200 cal, but i only had to eat half. my dad said he wanted a taste, so i gave him the other half. i broke the fast so i ate a little bit throughout the day (itā€™s like 100 cal, whatever). my friends are getting suspicious about my eating habits because i skip lunch. whatever. thatā€™s not their problem. dinner was so low cal. i wish i could eat that everyday, but my parents insist on family dinner. iā€™ve lost a total of 2.6 lbs, and itā€™s just day 3! praying for steady progress.

I started dieting again... its been 4 days that I've started to log what I eat and write 'encouragement' to keep myself going and I've found it to be quite effective. College is making this much easier than it was at home.
Food Log:
Overnight Chia Oatmeal: 186 cals
1/2 c instant oats (75)
1 tbsp chia seeds (60)
1 tsp honey (21)
1/2) c almond milk (30)
Mix together and leave in fridge overnight. Enjoy in the morning or whenever you choose to eat it.
*Recipe not mine
Cream Cheese Pepper Sandwich Bites: 225
1 green pepper sliced into 4ths (24)
2 tbsp low fat cream cheese (140)
2 oz turkey slices (60)
2 tsp any seasoning you'd like, count calories accordingly
Spread half a tbsp of cream cheese on each piece of pepper. Sprinkle half tsp of seasoning on each. Place piece of turkey on each. Enjoy šŸ˜‰!

i feel ok about today. the lasagna at school was so my friends didnā€™t get suspicious - oneā€™s been looking at me strangely and asking me about my food.
my breakfast is definitely something iā€™ll do more - however i may have it at school instead - so overall good day.
anyways im gonna alternate fasting and restricting days for a bit just to get back in the swing of things.
