how does having a reserve driver make an f1 team not healthy? every team has a reserve. also there are 20 seats in f1 plus hundreds of high-level drivers, literally no one's seat is safe.
Well from my point of view, if you put a driver who was promised the seat youre in, youd feel pressure to do well and that could work against you (DR)
Also Im comparing the situation with red bull
everybody knows how well danny did in RB and that puts presh on checo to perform or youre out, not even a contract can promise you a seat nowadays
