a collection of doodles I’ve made the last week ! Kal spotting the 1.X pods is one of the more vivid shots in my mind, and putting it to paper was pretty fun !
been having fun filling this notebook with some of my old doodles, so hopefully I can hash out a few more shots if I get the chance :)

this just in: sunshine incarnate’s favourite colour is yellow
i redid the kal and nimbus picrews so that the facial features are more consistent, and also to play around with different potential styles for each of them. I’ll keep the others up for posterity mostly, but at least i know kal has been and will always be, a prettyboy
i might do a third of him with his hair down, but we’ll see

this is moreso to look at different potential styles for nim and kal - i like the fluffier look for nimbus’ hair in the first pic tbh. I know I never pegged him as a bangs kinda guy but im really vibing with the sidebang

The girls, updated! Left column is the older versions, right is the new ones. Most of them I didn’t really chance a whole lot so much as just designed them in different outfits or circumstances, but Thia was the one who got the overhaul lol

I finally designed a Forsythia I genuinely like!! At least, with this picrew.
The last one was so bland and completely unlike what I imagined her as, but it was also from the first week or so after I discovered Picrews so I didn’t know what I was doing. I’ll leave the other one up for posterity I guess but I’m definitely deleting the thing off my laptop lol
I think I might try redesigning the others with this maker just to see how I do and if there’s anything I feel like changing.

Meet Projects 0.6 and 0.7 - Helios and Nyctos respectively
I was messing around with picrew and wound up doing a bunch of fleshing out for both these girls, which is great cause before tonight I hadn’t even decided on actual project names for them
I started piecing together their backstory too but I’m not super settled on anything yet - I AM however firm on the fact that they’re twins and that I love them both very much.
