Types of Media
This is how we see our techonlogies now a days that some of us are uses phones to update new however it is a simpliest way that we get some news from other social medias or information coming from our social media account , describes the ability to read and write. Reading literacy and media literacy have a lot in common. Reading starts with recognizing letters. Pretty soon, readers can identify words and, most importantly, understand what those words mean. Readers then become writers. With more experience, readers and writers develop strong literacy skills. Over the past 10 years, more and more print media companies have been branched out from traditional print and began posting news on digital platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and company websites.  In particular, young millennials seem to spend more of their time on the internet than reading printed materials. In some ways, the advancement of technology has made the human population lazy. All of us are changing beacuse of this new imbintion , some of others will be lazy going thier school just to make or play thier online games , and it is a very wrong for our parents knows that it is the way how they children go . And also yes the printed news is not the only paper format affective by the digital age. I was doing research and came across an article that discussed how digital advertising is expanding while traditional media may be in trouble. “Well, the good news is that marketing agencies are expected to spend a total of $540 billion worldwide on advertising in 2015, led by a 15.7 percent growth in digital media. However Social Media has played a major impact on how we receive our daily news. Many people decide to get the news from apps that are on their phone because it is convenient to read. With this increase in the use of digital media as a news source, it is interesting to consider whether print media will become extinct. And also i imagine the outcomes that it is good for the people who is very active on that but we all hope that it is good by the years goes by. Well how it is usually helps kids learn how to determine whether something is credible. It also helps them determine the "persuasive intent" of advertising and resist the techniques marketers use to sell products
We saw the dramatic impact social media wielded four years ago. It was a tool that helped spark the Arab Spring a democratic civil uprising in the Middle East that began in Tunisia in December 2010 that helped force rulers from power in such countries as Tunisia, Egypt and Libya. Thanks to Twitter and other social media, people were able to protest and raise awareness in the face of repression. The revolution continues. News being documented and shared on social media platforms has had a negative effect on the print media industry. According to an article about newspapers, “Average weekday circulation fell 7%, the most since 2010. Well there are trend has helped these tech disruptors go public at hefty valuations. Facebook, for example, went public in 2012. At the time, it was the biggest in technology and Internet history, with a peak market capitalization of more than $104 million. At press time it had reached a whopping $206.4 billion. No doubt, the power of social media is exponential. Numbers tell the story. Today there are 1.3 billion active Facebook users, with 82 percent of them coming from outside the U.S. and Canada. Twitter boasts 270 million active users that send 500 million tweets per day. And each day, 4 billion videos are viewed on YouTube (that's 46,296 per second) and 60 million photos are uploaded on Instagram. We allow our self on what we doing but always now our limitation that think before you click and , think before you post , beacuse we all know that we have a cyberbullying and Scams so we should protect and care each other and for our accounts to what we doing.
