It was my last hurrah at work on Saturday night. I’m finishing up at the Cancer Council and moving to a new role with a not-for-profit in the community sector. It was the NSW Chamber of Business Awards and my team was nominated for awards, so I put on my best dress from SCANLAN & THEODORE and went out determined to paint the town red.
I have a shocking HANGOVER today after drinking far too much MOËT, but it was wonderful night catching up with friends and DANCING THE NIGHT AWAY. Also compliments from some VERY ATTENTIVE MEN. WHAT’S A GIRL TO DO??? 🌸💖👗⭐️

I’m not sure I really like this photo. It gets really HUMID AND MUGGY in Sydney in Summer, and it’s REALLY DIFFICULT to keep to keep my hair looking nice. I use a curling iron most days, but I think this day i’d either run out of time, or my curling efforts were just a BIG FAT FAILURE.
It’s HARD BEING A WOMAN with the expectations of being made up, having your hair under control and generally LOOKING PRETTY 24/7. 🌸💖👗 Sometimes I really miss the simplicity of life as a man (but honestly, not really) 😉

I’m a huge fan of ANDRES SARDA, a Barcelona-based lingerie design house which had been in business since the 1950s. Jackie Kennedy was also a fan in her day. They use premium fabrics, pretty colour palettes and their bras, slips and chemises are edged in handmade lace. Their products are BEAUTIFUL to look at and EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL to wear.
The saying “clothes maketh the man” is even more true for WOMEN. When I’m wearing something soft and sensual as part of my outfit, I feel ready to take on the world 💖🌸⭐️👗
