Facts about Tom Marvolo Riddle:-

1:- Tom Marvolo Riddle is popularly known as 'Lord Voldemort'.

2:- Voldemort also developed the unusual ability to possess living creatures.

3:- Voldemort was born out of failed love i.e. his mother used to feed love potions to his father and stopped when she was pregnant. Due to this Voldemort doesn't understand 'Love'.

4:- Wizarding community avoided saying his name, calling him 'You Know Who' and 'He Who Must Not Be Named'.

5:- Voldemort is thought to be one of the most talented Legilimens.

6:- He wanted the job of teaching Defence Against The Dark Arts but was denied twice.

Merry Christmas 🎄🎅🏻

25 December 1991:- Harry received his father's invisibility cloak and also discovered the Mirror of Erised in which he saw his family for the first time.

25 December 1992:- Harry and Ron drink Polyjuice Potion to disguise themselves as Goyle and Crabbe to question Draco and Hermione's transformation goes badly, giving her the appearance of a cat, complete with a tail.

25 December 1993:- Harry received Firebolt from Sirius which was confiscated by Prof. McGonagall.

25 December 1994:- Harry attended the Yule Ball in Hogwarts. Harry and Ron also heard Hagrid talking to Madame Maxime about his half giantess mother.

25 December 1995:- Harry, Hermione, Remus and the Weasley's visited Mr. Arthur Weasley in St. Mungo's hospital and Harry, Ron, Ginny and Hermione met Lockhart in Spell damage ward and also Neville Longbottom and his Grand mother and got to know the fate of Neville's parents.

25 December 1996:- Rufus Scrimgeour and Percy Weasley visit the Burrow where Scrimgeour talked Harry for the cooperation with the ministry of magic and also accused Harry of being Dumbledore's man.

42 years ago today on 31 Oct 1981: Voldemort murdered James and Lily Potter, their son Harry survived and became The Boy Who Lived.

32 years ago today on 31 Oct 1991: Harry and Ron saved Hermione from the Mountain Troll and became friends.

31 years ago today on 31 Oct 1992: The trio attended Sir Nicholas’s Deathday party and the Basilisk was released from the Chamber of Secrets and petrified Mrs. Norris.

30 years ago today on 31 Oct 1993: Sirius Black enters Hogwarts Castle and attacks the Fat Lady when she refuses to give him passage to Gryffindor Tower.

29 years ago today on 31 Oct 1994: Everyone was shocked that Harry’s name came out of the Goblet of Fire, forcing him to participate in the Triwizard Tournament.

Note: Harry lost his family on 31 Oct 1981 and he found a family in the name of friends i.e Ron and Hermione on 31 Oct 1991.

We Know From The Trio's Experience With The Locket, Ginny's Experience With The Diary That Being Around A Horcrux For A Long Periods Of Time Has Severe Side Effects In Regard To Mood. It Takes What Is Inside And Makes It Even Worse.

The Dursley's Never Wanted To Take In Harry, And Wanted Nothing To Do With The Potters. They Take Him In, And Are Now Around A Horcrux Constantly. Feeding Him, Cleaning Him, Dressing Him. They're Constantly Exposed, Day In And Day Out. This Is Going To Take Their Already Existing Resentment And Turn It Into Near Hatred. They Lock Him In A Closet As Much As Possible (Similar To How The Trio Put The Locket In Hermione's Pouch). After Even Multiple Days, Their Mood Lightens Enough To Unlock The Door And Once Again Be Exposed To The Effects Of A Horcrux.

One Last Bit Of Evidence Is How The Dursley's Seem To Become Slightly Better People, Even To Ths Point Of Dudley Shaking Harry's Hand, The Less They See Harry As He Gets Older. They're Recovering And Healing.

24 June 1995: The Third Task of the Triwizard Tournament took place at Hogwarts. Harry and Cedric touched the Cup together, but the cup was a portkey that transports them to a graveyard.

24 June 1995: Cedric Diggory was murdered by Peter Pettigrew on Lord Voldemort's command.

24 June 1995: Lord Voldemort returned to power. Voldemort tried to kill Harry, but their spells clash, shades of Voldemort’s victims emerge from his wand. Harry escapes the graveyard with a portkey.

24 June 1995: Harry returns to Hogwarts with Cedric's body and announces that Lord Voldemort is back.

24 June 1995: Alastor Moody was discovered to be really Barty Crouch Jr. using Polyjuice Potion.

24 June 1995: Fudge has a Dementor remove Crouch's soul, before hearing his accounts of the past year, and the Ministry of Magic does not accept Voldemort's return.

People like to speculate on what the series might have been like if Neville was "The Chosen One" instead of Harry.

Well, he was.

Harry was chosen by Lord Voldemort for their own private war.

But by taking away his parents, Bellatrix and the other Death Eaters chose Neville to fight them.

While Harry was off fighting Lord Voldemort with no one to protect or think about except Ron and Hermione, Neville was battling for the soul of Hogwarts with the entire student body as potential collateral damage.

While Harry was alone in the forest, Neville was at Hogwarts fighting the Death Eaters with Dumbledore's Army, the Order of the Phoenix, and the remnants of their families to worry about.

Note:- Harry was chosen for a solo mission. Neville was chosen to lead an army. ❤️

I've been re-reading the Harry Potter Books and I got to Prisoner of Azkaban and, at Christmas there's only 12 people around the dinner table.

Trelawny comes along and Dumbledore stands up to draw her a chair.

She freaks out, I must not! When 13 people dine together, the first to rise is the first to die!!!!!

Except.

Ron had scabbers (Peter Pettigrew) in his pocket.

Which means that there weren't 12 people when Trelawny arrived. There was already 13.

And Dumbledore stood up.

Note:- Of All The People That Were Dinning Together That Night On Christmas Dumbledore Was The First One To Die. 💔

You wanna know what i can't stop thinking about???

Lucius and Narcissa Malfoy didn't even have wands when they were running around looking for Draco during the Battle of Hogwarts.

Voldemort broke Lucius's and Narcissa gave hers to Draco.

And more people probably want to kill them than ANYONE else there, they're hated by both sides at this point.

Lucius, one of the most well known and hated death eater and Narcissa, who Voldemort now knows lied to his face about his arch enemy being dead, just to run into the biggest battle of the wizarding war screaming and drawing so much attention to themselves and they can't even defend themselves, but they literally don't even care because all that matters to them is finding their son.

Like damn the Malfoy's have some of the strongest most devoted love in the entire series.

THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE WANDS. 💔

6th December 1928: 94 years ago, Rubeus Hagrid, the Gamekeeper and Care of Magical Creatures teacher of Hogwarts was born. 🎂

Facts about Rubeus Hagrid:

First: Hagrid is half wizard and half giant. His father was a wizard and mother was a giant.

Second: Due to being half giant Hagrid is resistant to stunning spells.

Third: When Lord Voldemort took over Ministry of Magic, Hagrid hosted a 'Support Harry Potter' party in his hut.

Fourth: He was in the original Order of the Phoenix.

Fifth: His Norbert was actually Norberta.
