Little Match Girl
When I first made Kyra as a character I didn't plan for this to be her backstory. But when I was trying to decide how she died I remembered this The Little Match Girl story and thought it fit so perfectly. So I guess my original characters are now fanfiction.

Just a scene I've had in my head for a while. I didn't actually plan out the events leading up to how they ended up in this situation though. It's sort of a low point in their story. Kyra feels she is responsible for how they ended up there.
They are stuck in, for lack of a better name, The Void. The deepest depths of the void where lost souls end up. The void causes the souls there to lose all positive emotions. They are little balls of misery and despair. They gather around Kyra because she still has more emotions in her that they crave. If she stayed there long enough she would eventually end up like the rest of the souls. She reverts back to the base spectral body souls have because she is so upset and unable to hold the form she usually has.
The souls kind of avoid Lucent because they are a reaper. So that's why the souls go away when Lucent finds Kyra.
Whatever Kyra did that ended them up in this situation Lucent doesn't blame her for it.
I imagine it was the villain of the story, the false reaper god who trapped them here

I don't know how to develop my characters, I only know how to draw them in memes and make silly videos with them
It does help me learn how to draw them better and figure out their personalities more. Also it's a lot of fun
Characters in the video are Kyra and Lucent. I have only a couple other posts about them.
They are grim reapers, well, Lucent is and Kyra is a human soul they were sort of forced to adopt.

Oh! I remember that too! I don't think it was from Fuse though, I think it was from that one Ghibli movie that people always forget about. The one with the two characters that looked like this.
You may have got them confused because they both came out around the same time and both had a character with black hair wearing yellow and stripes. I think I saw it one or two times as a kid, I always thought the whale ship was so cool looking!
I had a dream there was a Pixar movie called Fuse that was announced. In the dream I saw the poster and I thought it looked neat so I drew it.
The cave is filled with gemstones. I think the movie had something to do with aliens. I'm just gonna say a spaceship crashed into the mountain a long time ago and it's what's causing the crystals to grow there. The guy has some connection to it but I don't know what. I don't know why the title is Fuse.

Some more fanart of that totally real Pixar movie that I just forgot I watched and happen to remember in a dream. Such a shame that it only aired in theaters once and then all copies mysteriously disappeared. I was lucky to catch a screening opening night, but it was years ago and completely forgot about the movie until recently. I still can't remember many plot details. I wonder if anyone else who saw it then can remember more.
I remembered that the main character had two best friends. (I still can't remember their names so if any does please remind me) I've drawn what they looked like as best as I can remember. I think there were some scenes when they were kids so I drew those versions of them too.
From what I remember of the plot it takes place right when they get out of high school. The main character (I think he was adopted) has always had this necklace with a gemstone on it. He's not sure where it came from. He's also always felt like someplace in the nearby mountains was calling to him but he doesn't know why. After graduating high school him and his friends decide to take a trip out to the mountains to find what's out there.
I don't remember much more than that, I still know there was aliens and a spaceship involved but can't remember any details. If I remember any more I'll try to draw and post it.

I’m begging, please attack me. I feel like I’m churning out so many attacks but getting so few. It’s just not much fun I don’t know if I’m enjoying it anymore. It feels like it was similar last year. And it’s going the same this time and now I’m just feeling burnt out. I really do enjoy drawing other people’s characters but it’s not as enjoyable if I’m not getting any art of mine. The city in the Nimona movie, how big is it and how did they build it if it’s confined inside a certain area that nobody goes outside of? Like, how did they source their materials? And where do they get their food from? Is there farmland inside the walls? How would there be enough to feed everyone? Where did they get the materials to build all their technology, irl isn’t most of the material for building those things sourced from other countries? Also there are skyscrapers in the city, can the people at the tops of those not see past the walls and tell there’s no monsters out there?
