Pinky Julia swap au? I think so:
Brain implanted the obedience chip in Pinky before the speech in case he messed up. Pinky being Pinky did mess up. The chip messed with his brain giving him the ability to read people's thoughts and transforming him into being larger and stronger at times. After hiding out by himself for a year or two he basically turns into DP. During that time Brain has managed to fall into a pit of dispair believing that he accidentally killed Pinky. Julia was created by one of his failed experiments to bring him back.
