My fav lil egg drop soup 🍲
• boil 1.5-2ish cups of water
• Add 1-2 chicken bouillon, to taste; 5-10 cals
• + a shake of Montreal steak seasoning (I swear this makes it 🤌, seriously the most important step)
• 2-3 Tbs of egg whites; 16-24 cals
Boil for another minute or so until the whites cook, try to stir minimally after the whites are added.
Can add a few frozen peas if that's your style
ONLY 21-34 CALS!!

Hey y'all!
This is gonna be a list of my favorite foods to eat when im restricting, from safe foods i don’t binge on to foods i can eat with less guilt.
❁- Peaches and Cream Oatmeal, its really tasty and filling and i make it with milk so it gives some nutrition too, its my normal daily breakfast
❁- Grapes, really low cal and fairly filling, good nutrients and help with my headaches
❁- Caramel Drizzle Rice Cakes, yummmm they are so yummy but i can eat four and it will equal a granola bars calories, so its a lot more filling
❁- Mints, these give me something for when i’m not really hungry so much as wanting to taste something, very refreshing and nice
❁- Low Cal Pink Lemonade, the little drink packets are cheap and again good for when i just need to taste something to prevent a binge
❁- Green Beans, they taste so good and are good for you, also they are pretty filling so you don’t eat much else
❁- Slice of Kraft Cheese, listen i know its not real cheese but its surprisingly filling and good, plus i can make it last for a while when i eat slow
❁- Goldfish, i know these are a fear food for a lot of people but i’ve gotten to the point where i pull out 25 goldfish (which is still like 70 cals but yk) and i can make them last as a snack for the whole afternoon
❁- Strawberries, a classic of course, they are great on their own but if i have horrible sugar cravings (since i have a sweet tooth) i can put a little sugar on strawberries i washed and soaked in hot water and its so yummy
❁- Cheerios, they are another good snack food i don’t tend to binge on, i like to measure out a little cup of them and eat them slow if i really need a snack, sometimes ill even use milk and make a little cereal on higher cal days
❁- Scrambled Eggs, such a great food for low cals, protein and filling, if its my main meal for the day i may pair with a piece of wheat toast but they do the trick on their own most of the time
❁- Grape Tomatoes, they are low cal and really good, i like the taste and they are good for both sweet and salty cravings for some reason
❁- Dole Peach Cup, its great for a sweet taste without going down the sugar rabbit hole, not super filling but tasty overall and a good snack if needed.
