she stills in place, observing them fuss with one another as they scrambled for the treats. really, they were no different from humans; they too scrambled foolishly for things they desired the most. the only difference was dogs were cuter in doing so, she being more fond of the former than the latter.

can control anyone who she deems inferior to her (so like everyone can be mind controlled by her basically)
fingergunning and blowing the shit out of things with said fingergun or just by looking at you and deciding she’s gonna fucking crush your little bones with her spooky eye glance
controls animals and can use their sight and sound to watch over everything
