With Cloud Retainer arriving soon, the Shenhe brainrot has taken over.
I humbly request your take on the shenanigans that would ensue from Shenhe and her S/O sharing a bed for the first time!
I have a lot of Shenhe love in my inbox so I've decided to write this prompt first as I wanna get into a goofy mood for writing more of the VB fic (That I've not abandoned!!! I really wish I could have the motivation to finish it though I'm just worrying so MUCH about how I put words together in longer formats 😢)

When the two of you went out on a well deserved vacation, it unfortunately had to start with you having a rest since you arrived at your destination late.
And it seems like you didn't exactly came to an agreement with the inn keeper... Of course you said a room for two but you didn't remember asking for a single bed.
Shenhe was unfazed by it. Although you never shared a bed, she saw no reason in making it into a big deal.
She was quick to ask if you'd like to go to a bathroom to change and get ready for bed first, all without missing a beat. You took this as an opportunity to calm down.
But you didn't get it together by the time you were gone, you were hoping she didn't notice as she immediately went for her turn in getting ready.
Then, as you sat at two corners of the bed she asked "Is something wrong? You seem nervous"
You tried explaining it to her, but since she saw no problem with it... It was a bit hard to put it into words she'd understand. At least you thought so.
"I see... If you don't feel comfortable sharing a bed with me, I don't mind sleeping somewhere else" she offered but you immediately declined that. Archons know where she'd sleep if you said yes.
Even if you felt nervous, you wanted this to happen. You wanted to share a bed with her, and you made sure to communicate that.
Since you told her not to worry about your nervous behavior she took those words to heart and slept without a problem.
She wished to initiate some form of cuddling... But she was to tired to test the waters on that front.
Yet in the end you found yourselves getting cuddly in your sleep when you woke up in each other's arms. And she really liked that official start on your vacation.

Got a cute idea for ya. How would Lisa react if she attended the current Lantern Rite and saw her s/o had made a kite that looked like her hat?
Since I thought about writing after getting c6 Lisa it's only logical that I'd do Lisa content :3

Seeing how excited you were for lantern rite she had to make sure to make your dream come true and depart to Liyue as soon as she found an opportunity to.
The sights were gorgeous, kites and lanterns made quite a combination... As you walked around the harbor you suddenly got an idea...
You told her that you had something important to take care of so she left you be for a moment. Of course she picked up that the "sudden very important issue you need to take care of" might be a surprise for her.
She found a way to amuse herself while she waited for you, while also making sure there will be a lot of festive activities you could experience together.
Enjoying tea while listening to storytellers was how she spent majority of her time without you.
But she also learned a lot about a kite flying contest and she already had an idea where you ran off to.
You did spend suspicious amount of time near a kite stall when the two of you went shopping around after all.
When you were done with your business however she decided not to think too much about it. Guessing what you've been up to served no purpose when she could either ask or find out for herself soon.
After Gaming's performance you decided that it was time to reveal what you spent your time on: a kite that's shaped like her hat.
It was adorable that you thought of that "Oh sweetie... It looks amazing" she gave you a kiss on the cheek before laughing a bit "I certainly didn't expect something like that, you always have the most unique ideas, cutie"
That was one way to make the lantern rite something she'll remember for a longer time. And of course once you go back home she might use the kite a lot in the future, what better place is there to fly a kite than land of anemo God?

I know it's been a while since I updated literally anything. But I just want to know your input as to what I should focus on once my mood for writing strikes
The vb chapter I was supposed to finish months ago is actually more than halfway done, I had it planned and all but the words to describe the scenes just don't want to come to me. It's frustrating, really. And on top of that I actually had the YCH almost done for almost a year by now, I only need to finish illustration with Miko tbh...

There isn't a time where she isn't worried about you. She knows you're capable and all... But she just can't help but overthink sometimes.
Luckily at least Barbara can take care of you on daily basis, but she still wants you to know that you can rely on her too.
Your relationship is rather awkward, but it's easy to see how much Jean is trying her best during each of your interactions.
You still have a long way, but in the end as family you look out for each other in every way you can. Especially since Jean needs someone to look after her as well.
Barbara
You and Jean meant everything to her, so while she didn't spend much time with Jean she gave all that focus to you.
She knew how to take care of your condition since forever. There wasn't a time where she felt clueless about what to do in certain situations when your illness took a toll on you.
That and her abilities made for perfect support. She always made sure to also cheer you up when you needed it. Although she often worried she might say something wrong.
But she never did so. You could always count on her encouragement... That's why you felt bad that she was so nervous about possibly offending you.
Ninguangg
Ever since you were young she always took care of you. She never wanted you to wonder if you'll have enough Mora for medical treatment and such.
Of course you hated feeling like such a burden to her. Seeing how she had to find ways to earn Mora just to keep the two of you going.
You helped her in any way you could, and such upbringing only made your present bond stronger.
Although she was busy, she always made sure to have time for you. You're her family, and you're the most important person to her.
The last thing she'd do is to make you feel forgotten. She always reminds you to take your medication, you always eat together, and at least once a week you have a day where the two of you have some sibling bonding.
Ayaka
As she recently began going to different places, experiencing new things she always brings you along with her.
If your condition gets worse, she's willing to skip on some events because she'd never let you feel lonely or forgotten.
Either that or she tells you literally everything you want to know about her outing. She doesn't miss out a single detail and when possible she even brings a few photos.
You can always count on her, Thoma and Ayato (whenever he's home) but it's obvious that you're the closest to Ayaka.

Got a hurt/comfort idea for ya. How would Lisa react if she learned the person she was flirting with for the past few months was nervous around her because they'd be emotionally/mentally abused by a past lover, and thus became nervous and quiet around ladies?

You were always so shy and adorable, literally what's there not to like? Your reactions to her teasing always made her want more.
The way you'd suddenly get so embarrassed you'd walk away from her made her heart melt. Your face, your body language, it was all too cute.
And you never put in any effort to actually push her away or make her stop. So she always thought you were shy, maybe even playing hard to get. But she could never suspect the actual truth.
She couldn't believe she didn't see it previously, but since she was so smitten by you she never realized that your reactions... They aren't exactly what she thought it was.
She always liked a little bit of teasing... But once she noticed you REALLY were uncomfortable she immediately toned down with her flirting.
From that point your interactions became more normal. Without her constantly trying to make your heart beat quicker, you found yourself really enjoying her company. Even if in the end you kept some distance.
Eventually, you allowed yourself to feel more comfortable with her. She was really sweet, and eventually you decided to tell her the cause of your distrust.
Your heart and sanity just wouldn't handle going through something like that again. Even if you didn't exactly pin Lisa as a possible abuser, you just couldn't help but feel cautious.
Her soft voice was a blessing, when she sounds so genuine it's hard to not at least trust her a little "It's okay, just take your time. It's a natural response to be more cautious, and I won't try to force you into anything"
She gave you space, she gave you time, anything you could ask for. She was listening to your boundaries and your interactions were strictly platonic even if she voiced her romantic interest in you previously.
She was okay with the idea of not being with you in the end, although it would be a shame. But if you didn't like her back or just didn't look for romantic relations, who is she to argue that?
