tiny ffxiv rant:
man it’s crazy how much shit in the cash shop is unusable for hroth/viera characters. like it’s silly to me in the first place that they have a cash shop for a game that is both buy-to-play past the free trial and then a monthly sub on top of that, but then 90% of the hats or hairstyles are unusable if you are one of two of the most popular playable races in the game. it’s even sillier because genuinely I think people would prefer if they could equip hats where the ears clip through awkwardly versus not being able to equip any at all. also why the fuck are hairstyles exclusive? doesn’t make any damn sense to me.
#like. there are several things I WOULD buy from the shop. easily $50 worth#if they weren’t gender locked or race limited#the whole gender locking thing is another can of worms. people used to praise this game for having equal armor#but a lot of items look different on different genders and a lot of event or paid stuff is gender locked#I would KILL for the fucking spider lily hairpin but that’s for ladies only#or for the shorter version of the ar-caean velvet bottoms of healing to be made a separate wearable item for either gender to wear#:(

Palestinians were still suffering and dying by the thousands long before October 2023 so it makes absolutely no sense for you to bend over backwards to defend bigoted behavior towards us under the excuse that it “happened years ago” - Palestinians didn’t start suffering once you personally became aware of it. What xyz did and said in 2021, 2018, 2014, 2009, 2008, etc. still is bigoted and genocidal. Supporting Palestinian suffering is not excusable after a certain date, assholes.
