I don’t post stuff like this very often. I started getting healthy last June. Everything in my life seemed out of control. My heart was aching, my mom had stepped on a rainbow, I couldn’t travel I couldn’t work, everything I had come to identify as seemed to be gone. So on a whim I decided that one thing I could control was what I took into my body, so began the journey. I was lost in grief and loneliness, my heart was broken. This is my average day this represents 1250 calories of super filling deliciousness. In June of 2020 i decided To do something with my down time. I opted to rebuild me from the ground up. Most through diet and some exercise I’ve gone from 340+lbs to 276 as of a couple days ago. I’m not to where I want to be yet but I’m getting there. Getting to know me again is nice.
