Hozier Concert Highlights from his Vancouver Show :)

(Long Post :) )

Started to line up at around 9:45-10:00-ish and literally met the coolest people in my life

They were all so sweet and we made bracelets together

Gate 7, if ur reading this I literally love each and every one of you guys. <<33

I made a couple bracelets to trade as well :)

There was some confusion with the GA tickets as some tickets said to line up at a different gate

So as were talking to an employee about our tickets HOZIER STARTED TO SOUND CHECK TAKE ME TO CHURCH… AAAAAAA!!!!!

When doors opened I got shoved through the metal detector :/ #SurvivedTheHozierGAStampede

Ended up being ROW 2 CENTRE!!!! AND MY VIEW WAS IMMACULATE!! Made waiting in line for 9 hours worth it

While waiting for the opener the pre-show playlist included Stick Season by Noah Kahan

AND EVERYONE WAS SCREAMING THE LYRICS IN THE PIT <<33

wanted to give a spotlight to the opener: Madison Cunningham!!

SHE WAS FUCKING INSANE. Im so obsessed with her and her music. Literally changed my brain chemistry.

During the 30 min break after the opener, a couple people and I started to talk about how her guitarist looked like Tom Hiddleston (heart eyes fr)

Hozier comes on stage and when I heard De Selby part 1 start to play I started to cry immediately.

THEN THE TRANSITION TO DE SELBY PART 2 WAS IMMACULATE.

I finally got to hear jackie and wilson, almost (sweet music), movement, abstract, first light, work song, and TMTC live so I can die peacefully now

HIS MIC WAS ON FOR MOVEMENT I WENT CRAZY

I started to fully SOB at cherry wine and everyone around me started to break down

The person beside gave me a hug then he sang TSFAWC… i did not stop crying.

He played like real people do after TSFAWC and still continued to cry in the pit.

Hozier messing up during Work Song was honestly a blessing or else I would’ve started crying again

MADISON CUNNINGHAM WAVED TO ME DURING WORK SONG AND I STILL HAVENT RECOVERED

i dont have videos of it so PLEASE SEND ONE TO ME IF YOU DO

The show ended and the pit became a battle zone for the setlist.

I WAS SO DESPERATE I STARTED SINGING TAKE ME TO CHURCH TO SECURITY AND EVEN GAVE THEM A BRACELET

I didn’t get the setlist

One of the best concerts I have been to in a while!!

Everyone was so loud and nice in the pit too! This was the first time I have ever felt safe in a pit of a concert.

Hope he comes back after he has rested from this tour!!

Okay last post of the night

Camila really did care for Luz, she really did defending her in every situation. The reason she sent Luz to that camp was she knew exactly what it’s like to be an outcast as she was bullied in high school

It really adds a layer to the fact that Camila is a good Mother. She was never mad at Luz ever, and despite wanting her daughter to stay she changed her mind when she knew what needed to be done

When her husband was sick she stayed strong as a single Mother and raised her kid the best way she could

She took in five traumatized kids fed, protected, and helped for months making sure to understand how witches work and actively dived into that swamp to save Hunter

She is an avid supporter of her bi daughter, and her lesbian gf. She is willing to kick ass for her kids, she was never hurt at Vee and saw her as another daughter. And now even though she’s a human without the skills Luz has she’s willing to kick ass and protect her family because she can

Fuck anyone who says Camila Noceda isn’t a good Mom, she deserves the medal or honour

The depiction of Luz’s depression is palpable. Despite missing their home and the circumstances of them being stuck in the human realm, Luz’s friends are attempting to stay upbeat for Luz and make her feel better. Luz, though, is just depicted openly as depressed and unable to escape that feeling. Like a mid-S2 Luz would have gone nuts at the idea of doing a couples cosplay as Azura and Hecate with Amity, but here she’s so wound down because of her own depression that she can’t bring herself to really enjoy it.

As someone who struggles with depression, and hides it well most of the time behind a facade of smiles and normalcy, I really did love seeing how Luz was realistically portrayed with depression in this episode. She’s tired that there’s just not room for much else in her head, but the depression in addition to her self-hatred.

Guys!!!! Winter is comings!!!

And I don't say it, the toh animators say it

First with this promo, where Hunter and Willow are holding hands!!!!

Considering how they left us in the season finale, with Hunter grabbing Willow.

Where they were already telling us that they would have more contact in the third season, and he wasn't lying.

Then we have another promo....

Where the only two who are looking back are.... Willow and Hunter, and it just so happens that they are just below each other and willow next to Caleb's statue.

I interpreted it as Willow and company going to find something related to Caleb and Hunter and Luz go for Belos.
