A follower asked if I thought having a larger penis would make me feel more manly. I told him that someone with the confidence to be naked, even though they don’t measure up to unrealistic modern body standards, is more manly in my eyes than someone who’s confidence is fuelled only by the bravado of having a big dick between their legs. So no, I wouldn’t feel more manly if I had a bigger penis. Big or small, be confident with what you have, not because of it’s size, but because you see through the bullshit of body shame. And by the way, that applies to any aspect of your appearance. I’m a young, fit, white man, so I have it easy compared to most people. The more body shame a person has to endure from our culture, the more we should admire them for standing up against it. I have the utmost respect for all those who are proud and confident in their bodies, however they may look.

I got to enjoy doing some farm work naked today. I'm taking out dead trees, and ammending the soil to prepare for replants to go in. Definitely not the kind of work you want sweaty clothes on for.

Yesterday I collected up some logs to build compost bays for mum’s garden. It was so sweaty and yucky doing all the chainsawing, I couldn’t wait to get my clothes off to load up the trailer. Doing this kind of work makes me wish I had my own little block with fruit trees and veggies and chickens, and a big hedgerow around it. And I’d have an outdoor fire where I could hang out with my friends and family, and everyone could wear as much or little clothing as they liked. Sigh… One day

There is an endless supply of material possessions in the world, but while you chase them, the truly valuable commodity of your finite time on Earth slips away. There’ll always be something new you want, but you can still be happy if you learn to be grateful for the things you already have, and what better place to start than appreciating what you have when all possessions are stripped away

“I want to go to a nude beach, but I’m shy.”
I get this a lot. My advice? Go to a nude beach. That’s all you have to do. Don't get naked if you don’t feel comfortable yet. Just take that one baby step to put yourself in that environment and get comfortable with it. Go back a second or third time if you don’t feel ready the first time. When you’re ready for it, getting naked will be so much easier if you’re already there.

It’s not the state’s role to restrict our freedoms “for our own good,” or to protect people from harms that are purely in their own heads, aka being “offended.” The state’s job is to safeguard our freedoms, and protect us from those who would do us real harm. We are grown ups. We don’t need a nanny telling us what to do. Let us take our own risks, live our lives our own way, and tolerate, rather than seek to control those who choose to live theirs differently.

Raaarrrghh!
Did I scare you? It’s a kangaroo pelvis that I found at Arthur River, on my way to Perth. The grassy riverbank here was stunning. I couldn’t help stopping to have a walk around, and do some photography. See more and support my work at patreon.com/nudistjeff

Jason’s a pretty good photographer isn’t he? This was a mountain bike park we passed through on our hike on Friday. There were trails criss-crossing everywhere, and we surprisingly didn’t encounter anyone.

I'll admit, I first started following you because I saw a cute naked guy and thought "hot!" But in addition you're an eloquent advocate for removing stigma and inherent sexuality from being naked. Your tumblr helped me see that being naked doesn't have to mean anything necessarily, it's just existing as we humans naturally are and there's something beautiful in that. So thanks!
Thank you, I'm really glad I've been able to show you another side to nudity :)

I see some nudists claim that gay men sexualise nudism, which I think is unfair. Unfortunately, lots of men sexualise nudism, but straight men do it just as much. Just ask a female nudist about what they have to deal with if you don’t believe me.
The problem is, people only realise a man is gay if he behaves sexually. When a gay man isn’t acting sexually (which is the case most of the time), people just assume he’s straight, because that’s people’s default assumption. So they end up with a skewed view about gay men, both in nudism, and in general.
I want to set an example for people of a genuine nudist who also happens to be gay, and show people that when it comes to nudism, we’re no different, and should be treated no different to anyone else.

Jason and I climbed Mt. Lindesay yesterday. It was quite cool up there, but I managed to stay naked and warm from the exertion. Jason managed to stay naked for most of the climb up too.
A jogger coming back down passed us and said “morning guys, didn’t expect to see that.” XD
I told her “you should try it, it feels great.” :D
After that we went to a snazzy new secret beach I found and played naked badminton :D

This is not a hiking trail. You won’t find it in any maps or guides. It’s just a patch of bush near my home that I’ve found to hike in. If you get past the “official trail” mentality, there are so many places you can explore and not see anyone. Have a look on google maps. Take notice when you’re driving around. There’s probably somewhere nearby that you can hike naked that you didn’t even know about.

According to one commentor on Deviantart, I’m self centred for going naked when, according to him, my penis isn’t big enough to be pleasing to look at.
Yep. I’m the one being self centred here XD
Aside from the fact that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and many people (including myself) find small penises beautiful, I have no obligation to be pleasing to anyone. If you find a part of my (or anyone else’s) body displeasing, that is entirely your problem.
Is my penis small? I don’t even care. Because while the trolls are sitting at their computers taking their insecurities out on others, I’m going on adventures, making art, making friends, and helping people, and the size of my penis makes no difference to any of that.

Who knew there were so many “do ____ naked days?”
Today is international read naked day. I must admit, I’ve fallen out of the habit of reading the past couple of years, but my friend Anthony gave me a book for my birthday, so I’m giving it a go. Up to page 29 so far.
