synopsis. jake just can’t stop kissing you.

“jake, we have to go,” you said with a smile as you attempted to push away from his loving grip on you.
“mm-mm,” he mumbled once he pressed his lips against yours once more, shaking his head slightly to indicate he wasn’t done with you yet.
he pulled you closer this time, his hands on your hips, your legs still straddling his lap.
“jake, seriously,” you giggled.
“not yet.”
this continuous pushing and pulling didn’t stop for the next few minutes, with you inevitably giving in every couple attempts; it was impossible not to when your boyfriend's flawlessly soft lips constantly found yours, hands guiding your head and body to move against his in perfect harmony.
but snapping back to reality, you continued kissing him, waiting for the right opportunity to push away. and so once he pulled back just slightly to adjust the position of his lips on yours, you used that time to fully separate from your boyfriend.
“okay, that’s enough, jake! we have to go!” you chuckled.
but before you could even fully escape his touch, his grasp was right back on you, pulling you back into his lap and eliciting a squeal from you.
“the reservations can wait,” he whispered into your ear, sending a rush of shivers through your body from head to toe. “it’s still early anyways. just a few minutes more.”
and somehow, with his words, followed by a smirk that had you melting on the spot, it was enough for you to give into your temptations and dive right back into kissing him again, lips moving right back in perfect sync against one another.
let’s just say, by the time you thought those few extra minutes were up, you two had gone just a little bit overtime and consequently lost your reservations—but in the words of jake, that just gave you two more time for… other things!

STOP.
3:04 am
staring blankly at the ceiling, you toss and turn in bed, not being able to fall asleep.
it's been about five hours since you and jake have gotten into bed. he knocked out in less than ten minutes while you on the other hand, have been wide awake since. it's been a while since you've last seen each other due to the clash in schedules but you were happy to see him nonetheless, but it explains the lack of sleep coming from you.
you've done everything in your power to fall asleep such as counting sheep, having jake lightly sing to you, and even his cuddles couldn't help. the two of you had a big day tomorrow as jake planned a date that lasted the whole day and you were starting to get irritated in yourself, wanting to sleep but couldn't.
as a last resort, you quietly lifted jake's arm that was around your waist and climbed out of bed. making sure that he was still sound asleep, you made your way towards the kitchen.
'a warm glass of milk should do the trick,' you thought to yourself as you grabbed a cup and milk from the fridge.
after popping the cup into the microwave to heat it up, you looked out the window to see the night super quiet, the only bustling part of the city were the lights helping people find their way home.
beep beep beep.
you jumped at the loud sound and turned back to your bedroom, seeing that your boyfriend was still fast asleep. letting out a soft sigh, you quickly take out the beverage and make your way to the kitchen island and placed your cup down.
with your hands warming up, you hovered over the drink, letting the steam warm your face up. after a couple of minutes, you take a sip of the warm drink and sigh, feeling warm and fuzzy on the inside.
being in your own little world, you didn't hear the creak of the bed and the soft footsteps making its way towards you.
"what are you doing, up?" jake's arms made its way around your waist with his head tucked into your neck.
"i couldn't sleep," you hum, "thought a glass of warm milk would do the trick."
"you could've woken me up, darling. i don't mind," he muses, placing gentle kisses along your jawline.
you shrug and finish your drink off and put everything back into the sink, with him holding on tight, waddling along to your movements.
jake turns you around and his arms are back around to your waist, pulling you close. wrapping your arms around his neck, you looked up at your boyfriend's sleepy face and run your hand through his hair before cupping his face.
the two of you enjoy your moment of silence- too busy being in love and enjoying each other's company
before jake could suggest going back to bed, you let out a yawn causing a fit of giggles erupting from you both.
"let's get you back to bed, yeah?"
you nod, "yeah, let's get back to bed."
jake takes a hold of your hand and lead you back to your shared bed. he opened the covers and have you slide in before going in right after you.
"sorry for not being able to sleep. and for waking you up too."
"s'kay. anything for you, my love." he mumbles, pulling you into his embrace once again, tucking you under his chin.
"good night, jake." you yawn once again, allowing sleep to fully takeover.
jake watches you fall asleep in his arms and presses a kiss on your forehead, "good night y/n, my lovebug."

Hello:)
Hello everyone!
I hope you are doing fine:)) So i know i've disappeared for a long time but many things happened, starting from the loss of someone really important to me, to me failing french class and having to study all summer because i gotta take an exam on august 28th.
After my french exam, hoping that i'll pass, i'll try to be more active on this account but with a few changes. First of all, I've decided that i will no longer write about nsb, simply because i completely lost my interest in what they do and i don't see the reason why i should keep writing about them. I'll write all the requested fics and my drafts (which r abt nsb), but after doing so I'll change topic and username.
I'll probably change topic to enhypen (mainly) and maybe some other groups that i stan, so if u have requests feel free to ask me:))
By saying so, i wish you a good summer:))
