cravings masterpost
over the years, i have been taught what certain cravings mean and how i can replace them in a healthy way. so i figured, why not share it with you guys? 
if you crave chocolate…
your body needs magnesium. a quick fix for this is raw nuts and seeds, legumes, or fresh fruits. 
if you crave sweets…
your body might need some of the following: 
-chromium - have some broccoli, grapes, cheese, or chicken. 
-carbon - chow down on some fresh fruit. 
-phosphorus - chicken, eggs, legumes, or grains can help. 
-tryptophan - similar to magnesium, have some raw nuts and seeds, legumes, or fresh fruits. 
if you crave bread or toast… 
your body needs nitrogen. have some high protein foods such as fish, meat, nuts, or beans. 
if you crave fatty foods… 
your body needs calcium. broccoli, kale, legumes, or cheese help. 
if you crave alcohol… 
your body might need some of the following:
-protein - think seafood, dairy, or nuts. 
-avenin - chow down on some granola or oatmeal. 
-calcium - broccoli, kale, legumes, or cheese help.  
-potassium - bitter greens or seaweed usually do the trick. 
if you crave ice cream/shaved ice… 
your body needs iron. some suggestions are fish, greens, seaweed, or black cherries. 
if you crave burned or grilled food… 
your body needs carbon. chow down on some fresh fruits. 
if you crave soda and carbonated drinks… 
your body needs calcium.  broccoli, kale, legumes, or cheese help.
if you crave salty foods…
your body needs chloride. goat milk (yes i know that’s a little odd) and fish help. 
if you crave acid foods (burgers)… 
your body needs magnesium. just like chocolate, have some raw nuts and seeds, legumes, or fresh fruits. 
if you crave cool drinks (milkshakes or malts)… 
your body needs manganese. some suggestions are walnuts, pecans, almonds, pineapple, or blueberries. 
if you’re PMS-ing… 
your body needs zinc. red meat, seafood, leafy greens, and root vegetables are helpful. 
if you’re overeating… 
your body might need some of the following: 
-silicon - nuts and seeds are a quick fix. 
-tryptophan - eat some cheese, raisins, sweet potatoes, or spinach.
-tyrosine - vitamin c supplements should do the trick. 
if you crave tobacco…
your body might need some of the following: 
-silicon - nuts and seeds help, but stay away from refined starches. 
-tyrosine - vitamin c supplements or red, orange, or green fruits and veggies can help.

Sweetspo if you’re fasting
Oh my gosh, you are fasting today too? So am I! I can’t wait for us to have an amazing day together. Just you and me and a bottle of lemon water all ready to cleanse ourselves and keep ourselves pure and clean and sweet. Step on the scale. Did you do that this morning? I’m sure it scared you a little. That’s okay it’s meant to. That’s why you’re fasting, isn’t it? You want to watch that number go down and down and down until you hit your goal weight. You want to be tiny and thin and not leave Footprints when you step to the sand. My sweet dainty little butterfly you are doing so well. I am so proud of you. It’s lunchtime now. You walk into the kitchen and look at the fridge but don’t open it. Because today is fasting day. Learn to look forward to this day of sacrifice. Sacrifice to the greater good of a skinnier body. Just think, two more fasting days, 3 more fasting days, four more fasting days, and literally watch as your jeans don’t fit anymore. Wear a shirt that sticks to your skin. Within hours of fasting, you get smaller and smaller as the fat cells on your body slowly destroy themselves in an effort to flee away from your hunger pangs. You are doing so wonderful and I am so incredibly proud of you pumpkin. You are stronger than all those who think fasting is weak. They just don’t have the strength to do what it takes to be perfect. You are strong. You are brave. You are beautiful. You are my inspiration. Keep fighting the good fight, my love. Remember all those who love you and support you and wants you to be happy. Smile. Keep your chin up. Drink a big bottle of water so your stomach stops growling and walk a little further. You are one day closer to perfection.

37 calorie brownies by broma bakery recipe
INGREDIENTS
¾ cup nonfat greek yogurt 
¼ cup skim milk
½ cup Cocoa powder
½ cup Old fashioned rolled oats like Quaker
½ cup Truvia Baking Blend (or any natural/stevia based sweetener that pours like sugar)  i recommend most low cal one
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 pinch salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Grease a square baking dish .Combine all ingredients into a food processor or a blender, and blend until smooth (about 1 minute).Pour into the prepared dish and bake for about 15 minutes. Allow to cool completely before cutting into 9 squares.
!!! ONLY IF U WILL CUT BROWNIES IN 9 PIECES, THEY WILL BE 37 CAL

I've lost 13 kgs and I'm finally starting to feel it,
My skinny jeans are starting to get baggy, my face feels thinner, my double chin is disappearing, my ribs and collarbones are now visible, the creaky floor board in my room no longer screeches when I step on it, my thighs and ankles are getting thinner, I can fit into my old clothes, my eyes look bigger, my family keep asking what diet I'm on, my bed doesn't creak when I lie down, the bags under my eyes are bigger and darker, I look like I'm getting sicker.
Now that I've finally started to see results I know this is real, it's scary how good it feels.
