Hello, I hope you all are doing well!

My name is Mohamed Monir Ahmad Mahmoud, I’m a hemophilia patient from Gaza. I decided to start this campaign with all the hope that you could support me in evacuating Gaza to do surgery for me and my daughter and start a fresh life with my 5 kids out of the ongoing genocide in Gaza [...] I was supposed to go out at the end of 2023 to have surgery on my knees but since 7 October, I had no chance due to the procedures on Rafah crossing, the gate of Gazans to the world. Now, my knees and elbows are bleeding with no access to any type of care and if things stand as they are in Gaza, I won’t be able to walk or make any effort because of the bleeding (currently I am barely able to set up a small fire in front of the tent to prepare food for my kids).

What I ask is 60,000, for travel costs because each one would need to pay 5,000-8,000$ to be allowed to leave Gaza through Rafah crossing and we need around 3000$ more in Egypt for our stay and to obtain visas. We will be heading to Brazil where my brother Diaa lives and there is a huge chance to do the surgeries and access health care as the health care for Hemophilia patients in Brazil is one of the most advanced in the world.

Displaced children have been forced to seek makeshift shelter in chicken coops after their tents succumbed to flooding. This tragic reality evokes painful echoes of history, reminiscent of the deplorable conditions endured by Jews during the Holocaust, confined to horse stalls and sleeping on wooden shelves never intended for humans.

The phrase “never again” lost its meaning shortly after World War II, as the world witnesses a disturbing repetition of past atrocities. Despite solemn vows, the world’s involvement in supplying arms only exacerbates the suffering of the oppressed. It serves as a stark reminder that complacency and inaction pave the way for history to repeat itself.

Graffiti on a destroyed home in Gaza reads:

"The children Omar, Abdullah and Masa are still under the rubble. May God have mercy on their pure souls."

Due to the shortage in equipments and fuel, this Palestinian family was not able to pull the bodies of three of their children who remain under the rubble to this day since November 2023.

There are over 7,000 people in Gaza who remain under the rubble. Israel had made it somewhat of a luxury for a body to be found, identified and buried in Gaza.

From the heart of #Gaza, Palestinians carry the picture of Aaron Bushnell, saluting his courage and promising not to ever forget him.

If murdering and shooting starving people who were finally excited for flour to finally enter the north of Gaza is not a war crime, then maybe there’s no such thing as “war crimes” for the ones who invented the laws.

it broke my heart to read this post is by journalist yousef (ph_youseeff). he’s a cancer patient and he has been trying to evacuate for a very long time now to continue his treatment. his health condition has been deteriorating in light of the lack of hospitals health care.
