I just realized something..

Doctor Strange tricked Peter like a god damn Genie!

Peter came for advice, to seek help because he was rightfully scared and lost. But instead of sitting him down, explaining in detail what the spell would do (make EVERYONE forget he’s spider man, even people close to him) he just started doing it?

And when Peter second guessed his decision, like the teenager he is, Strange got mad, telling him to be quiet which made Peter panic and Strange messed up the spell.

There is a scared, probably traumatized teenager, who’s being judged and hated by most of the world seeking help from a trusted adult and Strange saw this as an opportunity to try to test his limits and do something dangerous which he was told not to do. And in doing so making it even worse for the poor teenager.

I hope there is more explanation in the actual film but in the trailer my dude.. it’s not looking too good for stevie

I don't like the rushed John Walker redemption arc. Like I'm sorry, that man tried to decapitate Sam and now they're suddenly all good? I don't care that he chose to save that truck over killing Karli, he decapitated someone in broad daylight and then tried to decapitate sam like 5 minutes later! To suddenly make him all fun and happy and friendly is infuriating and shows exactly the type of military propaganda marvel as intertwined in its content. Get out of here with that bullshit.

My literal only complaint about the episode? The “Captain America and the Winter Soldier” title thing was cool and great for Sam but Bucky literally just separated himself from the Winter Soldier like 5 minutes before this and that scene was such a powerful portrayal of him overcoming his trauma so why express Sam’s evolution to Captain America but keep the “winter soldier” in the title sequence after they had Bucky finally acknowledge that’s not who he is anymore. In conclusion, did I want “Captain America and the White Wolf?” yes, yes I did.

i also feel like john has been a victim and was failed by the gov and/or army. bc he very clealy isnt well. he lost his best friend and partner and then brutally killed a defenseless man in broad daylight. the fact he didnt get an evaluation to see if everything is okay is scary. that man has lost it and is a liability. he should’ve been taken care of better.

-before I start I wanna say that a) I’m really scared of what’s gonna happen and b) the description of the episode looks too peaceful for it being the emotional episode

-ofc johns on the runs and doesn’t face the consequences of his actions, buddy you killed a man while being a whole country’s mascot.. what did you think would happen?
