"AGAIN?!"
As the sun rose and morning began, its light flooding the yard with rosy reds, gems arose from their beds and were preparing themselves for today’s duties, when suddenly a loud shattering crash echoed through the ginormous halls of the school.
"WHAT?!”
That sound was what woke up Yellow Obsidian, who rushed out of his pajamas and into his uniform, dashed outside with his sword by his side, only to see his students toppled over each other, cracks webbed all over them.
“It’s only been five minutes since the sun rose and you’re already breaking apart! What happened?!” Yellow Obsidian demanded.
“Well, we were originally going to do some combat training, but Green Diamond forgot that we’re fragile compared to him, so here we are,” Onyx muttered, gesturing to a sheepish Green Diamond with his stump of an arm.
Yellow Obsidian muttered to himself about how he could have gotten more sleep had this not happened, but went ahead anyways to get the powder and resin from the infirmary. Green Diamond, still feeling guilty for breaking the others, moved to pick up everybody else’s shards, only to be stopped by Sapphire who had untangled himself from Fire Opal.
“If you’re going to handle us, at least remember to put on gloves this time!” Sapphire scolded him, pouting mostly because Green was reaching for his severed hand.
Green sighed, and instead headed inside the school to do as Sapphire asked, but not without replying back. “You also forgot to put yours on, so don’t put all the blame on me!”
A few minutes after Green Diamond came back with gloves and had placed almost everyone’s shards into spare bowls, Yellow Obsidian returned with the powder and resin, and gestured for the four of them to gather around him.
Which they did, although with shame evident on their faces.
While piecing them back together, a question came to be, so while he was gluing back on Fire Opal’s legs, he popped the question:
“Fire, have you seen your sister Blue Opal today? I haven’t seen her by the pond while getting the resin and powder.”
Fire Opal shrugged as best as he could, what with his left shoulder missing a huge chunk. “She told me that she was going to the ocean instead for her morning soak. I wouldn’t be surprised if she came back powderless this afternoon.”
This shocked Yellow. although he was quick to change into anger.
“... Has she forgotten what I said about her going under there by herself??”

As always, the ocean was a beauty to behold.
The morning sun’s generous beams shone gloriously as it illuminated the sandy terrain, decorated with corals and sea grass in such a way that made the ocean so much more lively than that small island she lived on with the others.
Blue Opal sighed happily as she watched little bubbles drift past. This wonderful little paradise’s loveliness was so wonderful, it almost made her forget that were it not for her and the wild jellyfish, it was also…
… Empty.
But still, she was happy, and in her mind came many fun activities to do in place of the usual patrol schedules the school so strictly abided to. Deciding that she had wandered off far enough, she plopped down on the sand, little clouds floating off as she made contact, and she sighed happily as she thought of watching the sky underwater.
“Ah, isn’t this the life? I’d probably be happy for the rest of my life if I decided to become an underwater hermit…” Blue Opal dreamily murmured to herself.
“That may not be as nice as you think it is.”
Hearing somebody else’s voice in such a (usually) empty place surprised her, and she sat up to see Obsidian standing over her with his arms crossed and an equally cross expression on his face. Feeling awkward, she did her best innocent smile, as if that would help.
“Oh, uh… Hey, Obsidian! What’re you doing here?”
At that, Obsidian’s face twisted into a terrifying grin, which was enough to squeeze a horrified yelp out of Opal as she tried to scramble away. Seeing such a normally elegant gem squawk and flap about made him laugh and drop the scary act.
“Don’t worry! If I was planning on anything malicious, I would have kidnapped you the first time we met.”
“That doesn’t really help, coming from a gem who randomly emerged from the ocean one day!!” Opal shot back, still feeling a little on edge from the scare.
Obsidian brushed away the spontaneous comment. “I’m only here because my brother told me you were missing, and knowing what little information I have of you, it was only safe to assume you’d be here of all places. How many times have we told you to not come here alone?”
Smiling gently, he reached out a hand towards Blue Opal. “Come on, let’s go back to the others. They’re waiting for you.”
Blue Opal pouted at his hand. She wanted to speak her mind, to refuse his offer and run off deeper into the ocean’s mysterious depths. But a small of her knew that it was pointless to argue with a gem who was clearly her elder by over two thousand years. And anyways, she’d probably shatter from the pressure if she went further.
So she took his offer, and trudged back to the beach where a panicking Yellow was waiting for her. As soon as he heard her wet footsteps, he broke out of the pacing mutter he had worked into and ran to Blue Opal.
“This has been the third. Time. This. Week!” He scolded as he came closer.
“I’m sorry, Yellow,” Opal tried, “but can’t I enjoy something so wonderful? Especially if it’s literally surrounding us! It’s pure torture thinking about something so tantalyzingly close! You’re going to kill me like this!”
“And what’s killing me right now is your brother and his friends in a half shattered pile!” Yellow shot back, pointing at the school.
She sighed. This early? “Whose fault is it this time? Fire, or Sapphire?”
He made a face that he rarely showed to anyone, which was when she knew something else was at hand.
“No, Green Diamond.”
“... Okay, well, that’s new.” Blue Opal said, mostly to herself.

A hike, a quick drying and powdering of herself, and another lecture later, she approached the newly reassembled Fire Opal and promptly splashed him with water she got from the pool.
“Hey! What was that for??” Fire exclaimed, soaked thoroughly with water that was washing off the powder he had just applied.
“Don’t think that I forgot you needed your usual soaking, so be glad that you’re not going to crack on me while we’re out on patrol,” Blue smirked back. “Because if you were planning on cracking in the middle of a sunspot attack, I’ll leave you for the Lunarians to capture.”
Hearing talk about patrol, Sapphire tossed a powdering brush back into its pot after touching up himself, and tugged Blue Opal by the wrist. “Hey, speaking of that, wanna come with me instead?”
Blue Opal raised an eyebrow. “Aren’t you partnered up with Onyx already?”
“Well, yeah, but Onyx isn’t really someone I’d want to be stuck with, and I think we could both use some variety!”
She shook her head. “Nah, I think I’m better off babysitting Fire for today. Being with you two will probably give me a headache.”
“Hey!” Fire protested, wiping himself dry with a spare towel.
Sapphire pouted, but decided to give up when Fire shot him a glare. “Alright, fine. I had other plans today anyways.”

“Go ahead, Blue, I’m just going to go check on something,” Fire Opal said, stopping at the entrance of the school.
Blue Opal frowned, stopping in her tracks, “Are you really going to do it?”
“... Yeah.”
Blue sighed, but went on ahead anyways. “Fine, but you better not trip on a stone and crack on the way!”
“Yeah, yeah,” he rolled his eyes as his sister ran off. As soon as she was gone, he headed for the armory a few turns ahead, where everyone else was waiting for him.
He could feel them watching him as he selected the best weapon, and took it off its rack. He then held it out.
“You know the drill, everyone. We’re going to need to keep a closer eye on Green if we’re going to keep Obsidian from going psycho on us.”
Everyone grumbled, but they all knew that this was important. They all knew what Obsidian had said about a fight coming, and they all knew how attached he was to Green Diamond. If anything were to happen to him, Obsidian would become even more unhinged than he was before his arrival, and nobody wanted an up-close example of it.
Just as the silence was becoming uncomfortable, Green Diamond stepped forward and reached for the sheathed sword. “I should take it.”
“And what good will that do?” Fire Opal said, “You’re the youngest of us all.”
Green gave him a firm stare, one of such determination that he couldn’t help but feel impressed.
“I know I am, but if you’d just give me a chance, I might be able to protect myself.”
“Might,” he stressed.
“But I’m tired of being protected by everyone without the chance to do something myself. I don’t want to be in the background anymore. I want to help.”
“... Fine,” Fire sighed, pressing the sword into Green Diamond’s hands, “But you better be careful.”
Green Diamond nodded, his hands firmly gripping the sheathed weapon.
With that settled, they all headed for the Cape of Void, nabbing Blue Opal on the way who was sitting on a boulder, waiting for them.
Standing on the cliff was Yellow Obsidian, his sword firmly planted onto the ground. His hair and clothes fluttered dramatically as they approached him.
He opened his mouth to greet them, only to be pierced by a Lunarian arrow.
They all could only watch in shock as he fell to the ground, the arrow still lodged in his chest.
“Guys, look up!” Onyx yelled, whipping out his sword like he had done so many times before, and they all readied themselves as a sunspot spread its inky tendrils through the sky.
Ten spokes. A powerful Lunarian barrage was about to rain down on them.
“Obsidian was right,” Fire Opal said, “This is going to be a big fight.”

I'm a bit confused by the story, is the story going to be the main Ninjago storyline but with the main cast as gemstones, or are you going to combine the plot of Houseki no Kuni and Ninjago? BTW, I've always wanted an excuse to ask this question
Actually the first, since I don't want to torture the characters that much, plus, I'm not very good at mixing plots, so yes I'm trying to put the plot of ninjago under the setting of HNK

Well, I haven't gotten comments or questions in two months, and I thought people were sick of my blog. I just want some kind of reaction to what I've created. And I just hope people are still interested in this blog, but I'm not sure. Updates will be when I have inspiration, but it is difficult for me to cause inspiration if I can not answer questions and discuss at all

Miscommunication
- No, no! It couldn't happen, he couldn't come back, not this, I don't want it to happen again!
Obsidian walked around his room in a panic, aware that his fear might be real.
- What happened? -
Obsidian moved away from his fright and turned to see Green Diamond staring at him with a surprised expression
- C-can you gather your friends? I have a meaningful conversation with them.
- Sure! - And the young happy stone quickly ran towards them
Soon everyone appeared at his room, unfortunate that they were cut off from their occupations.
- What do you want from us? - with dissatisfaction, said, Fire Opal
- Soon, there will be a ship that can smash us so that it will be impossible to restore!
- And why should we believe in you? - Opal lay hands-on breast
- Because I'm much older than you, and I've seen many more kinds of moon people than you! -
- Yeah, and you always refuse to go on patrol, but you say you already know everything - he muttered and kicked.
- Firehead, calm down already! - Blue opal angrily grabbed the hand of Fire opal - He's trying to help us, and all you do is a gripe!

After that, the gems began to wait for the arrival of the moon people and began to talk about the usual everyday watch - about what is happening at all. But soon they got tired, of it, and Blue Opal got out of nowhere a pack of cards, in which they began to play.
But it was not for long, as in the background appeared sunspot

At this time, Green Diamond was walking around the school and watching other gems doing their own thing, at first he watched as Moonstone asks Iolite not to do anything stupid, again, which of course does not work. He watches the Emerald, which is still buried in the book and does not seem to notice it, and the Tiger's eye, which is trying to get the text from the top shelf. Torbernite and Hackmanite again playing cards, or if so to speak, in the game that they made with the help of cards, and Obsidian…
“So, where's the Obsidian? He recently spent something like a lecture for stones, and now it's gone” - Flashed in the mind of the Green Diamond, as he walked around the school and did not see him, it scared the Diamond because he thought that Obsidian went out on patrol, so he could get hurt.
After realizing this gem ran out of school in search of his precious stone, but suddenly saw in the distance how close to his friends appeared Lunarian ship and ran to them
But on the way, he saw how the Obsidian comes in knee-deep water and farther, and he ran up to him because I expected at least some help
- Obsidian! What are you doing, go back to school, it's dangerous, or at least help us if you're close!
- I... can't.
- But why?! What's stopping you?
- These weak inclusions and these algae, I just can't move frequently, I need…
- I understand, go to your marine friends, and I will go to saving friends myself - Green Diamond said in despair and ran away
When he ran to the ship, he saw his friends were already partially broken, and the ship already began to collect them, but suddenly Sapphire, at least for the moment, and not having half of the body asked him

Before they had finished speaking, the arrow of the moon men shot into the hand of the Green diamond, after which he looked up and saw the mocking expression on the face of the Lunarian and recognized him. He found out that this is the same Lunarian that left him without a hip, and he was furious, he began angrily to cut the moon people, but suddenly his crack began to grow, he thought it looks like he would be taken to the moon
But as if Out of nowhere obsidian appeared and cut through the center of the ship, and they both fell to the ground, after which came the other stones, and took them to the infirmary
While there, Green Diamond asked obsidian a question.
- I thought you left, and suddenly you came back and saved us, how come?!
- That's because you didn't listen, I wasn't going to leave, I went into the water so the algae wouldn't die, and they're holding me together because the inclusions are weak
- So you have to go into the water all the time to live an ordinary life?
- I guess I didn't notice it until I got to the surface, and let's not worry about it, can't you see our friends have already started the game, let's go to them!
- I see, let’s go!

Idea
Obsidian looked at the gems in front of him, their faces filled with incomprehension and surprise.
“So you're back after all?! But how?! You disappear for years and then suddenly you show up?! The Lunarians sent you?” with surprise and displeasure spoke Fire Opal
“Opal, take it easy, my brother, nobody sent me, he stuck on the ocean floor and could not get out, and only now came back. Besides, he slept for many years, so he doesn't realize it.”
“Asleep?! How many years had he slept?! What else has he come up with to wrap you around his finger?!” Opal conceded to the request of Yellow Obsidian on deaf ears
“Fire Opal, you haven't changed at all, you're still as annoying, sob and arrogant as you were years ago, it's amazing how this stupid cobblestone has lasted all these years.”
Between Obsidian and Fire Opal began tension, which hurried stop Yellow Obsidian, to their conversation not has turned into a battle
“Let's not argue, and just be glad that Obsidian is back” - Yellow stood between these gems, so they do not destroy each other
“Okay!” - Opal and Obsidian said in unison
But as soon as they were about to return to school to report the good news, obsidian happily ran up to the Green Diamond and began to hug him
“OBSIDIAN, YOU'RE BACK, I MISSED YOU SO MUCH!” Started happily chattering Green Diamond, embracing Obsidian so much that this black gem is cracked
“My dear Green Diamond! I'm glad you're back! You've changed! I remember how you were just a naive 30-year-old gem, and I missed you so much!” Obsidian couldn't describe the happiness he felt from this adorable gem
But suddenly, interrupting idyll, Sapphire threw away: “We are going to return or not!?”
When Obsidian returned to school, he found that another gem occupied his room, and so he had to sleep next to the young gems, but the gems themselves did not like it very much
Obsidian was prone to night walks and noise, and besides, he had strange habits that he picked up from the Admirabilis, in General, he was very strange to others, and he even refused to apply the powder, explaining that, does not want that the powder would clog his overgrown cracks
Particularly strong on his behavior was the reaction of the Fire Opal, as it was strange that he went from being just a rough gem, the one who continually walks in the night, but can rest on the roof of the school during a thunderstorm

Suddenly they heard the sound of a bell, which meant that the moon people were attacking, they ran out of the school and saw that the Green Diamond was almost broken by a mysterious Moon person, whom Obsidian recognized
“Not that! This Moon person is intelligent, and we must destroy him as soon as possible!”
Obsidian a tried to the run-up to the ship as quickly as possible, but since he was weak, fell halfway, and Fire Opal, though, and saw that Obsidian fell, did not dare to help him, but soon heard from under the back
“This lunatic won't just fight you like everyone else, it's like a game to him, so please outwit him and destroy him, you can!”
Opal heard his words and thought that if he continues to be violent and to attack the break, it can also pick up and he will not be able to save the Green Diamond and, therefore, he one time decided to listen to Obsidian
He's jumping ship, along with his other team-mates agreed that will drive Lunarian that now holds the shards of Green Diamond in the trap, but the other Gems soon fell off the ship because of the arrows of the Moon people, and so he had to do it myself
He didn't know how to do it, so he just decided to distract the attention of this gem by taking a tuft of hair and throwing it next to Moon Person
He found the moment when this Moon person turned his back on him, and cut it together with the ship and began to collect the fallen fragments, himself and the Green Diamond
Seeing that both the Fire Opal and the Green Diamond were safe, they embraced the Fire Opal but soon noticed that the Green Diamond did not have a piece of thigh
Diamond was lying on the medical table tonight, as the gem was not a replacement, and then Obsidian decided to step despair that would Wake him an expensive gem, he found the remains of the Opal Dragon's Breath, and decided to wait for the work because he knew that inclusion of the Green Diamond is strong enough to withstand it
In the morning the gem was already okay, but he didn't remember why, and Obsidian, making business, decided to keep quiet about it because he didn't know what the consequences might give his decision

15 years ago, at the bottom of the ocean
“Is he there?”
“Yes, so black, shiny, covered in algae, said that he sleeps there for 65 years!”
“Mira, are you sure this is a good idea?”
“Acu, don't worry, what could happen? He is like the creature of legend, and I don't think he will hurt us.”
“Tabi, what do you think?”
“I have to see it live first, and then we'll figure it out.”
The three girls who were sea creatures swam into a dark passage through which they saw a gem lying on a carpet of seaweed. He was completely motionless, and there was a hole in his chest.
The Admirabilis with tentacles instead of legs swam to him first, but her friends were afraid of him, as they saw him for the first time in my life.
“It's beautiful, and only it seems broken... Need to fix it!”
Friends of that Admirabilis, realizing that if he didn't move, he wouldn't be able to hurt with fear still swam to it
“Well... Yes, it is unusual… “
Seeing how the girls calmed down, she swam away for something that could restore it, and after a short journey brought a porous black piece of quartz and slightly melted its edges inserted this piece into his chest
A few minutes nothing happened, and the other two, admirabilis calmed down, and the third was upset that it seems it is just a piece of stone and there is nothing special, but suddenly the gem opened her eyes and started to sit up.

“I-I-I agrees, but please bring me back to the surface, I don't want to be stuck here forever."
“Don't worry, you won't be stuck forever when we find a way to the surface, we'll get you back there.”
“WHAT!? Mira, you're serious!? First, you find and fix a strange creature, and now you want him to live with us?! Are you alright?” - Shocked Acu and Tabi didn't understand their friend's decision
“It's fine, plus, look at him, he's completely made of stone, and you know what that means” - winking, she took his hand

Obsidian jumped on the sand, and holding in one hand Blue Opal came down to the Yellow Obsidian
“Yes, it's me, and keep that baby to yourself, she was so scared of me that she fainted.”
“Well, you've changed, and, Obsidian, where have you been all this time!?”
“Trying to get away from the sea creatures, I visited them, and they wouldn't let me go, and I think they were planning to eat me, took off when they finally found the secret passage, I think they won't be happy about my loss.”
“You've been doing this for 80 YEARS?!”
“80?! OH, NO! I thought it was only 15 years! W-what happened while I was gone? Is Green Diamond, okay? Is he okay?”
“He's fine, going on patrols and…”
Obsidian's face grew much more displeased as he crossed his arms over his chest and lowered his eyebrows.
“What do you mean patrols? What were you thinking of letting him do that? He's young! What if something happens to him?!”
“What can happen to him, he is more than a hundred years old!”

Her fright turned into surprise, for she did not know how this strange, eerie gem knew her name, and knew who she was, but it seemed familiar to her, though these memories did not look very pleasant.
“It's Obsidian, Yes, he looks different now, but it's still him.”
Blue Opal remembered all about this gem and became very unhappy, because before he behaved with her not too nice
“YOU, Oh, not this, heh, before you are not too nice, and it seems now your appearance corresponds to the behavior, I mean, look at you, you have that, a robe of coral and algae, and cracks on the face overgrown with a strange white thing.”
“THE BLUE OPAL!” - angrily shouted the Yellow Obsidian - “how dare you?!”

After a few minutes, all three gems came to the surface, where they were met by the surprised eyes of the young stones
“Well, Hello,” Obsidian waved his hand at the gems, making an awkward expression, “I'm back!”

Who suggested that they use Cat's Eye on Green Diamond? Was anyone opposed to the idea?
The gems had no choice - it was most suited to him in hardness since they had no remains of Corundum and Diamond, the remains of the gemstone with a hardness of 8.5 was the most suitable

Meeting
"NO!"
A loud cry swept over the ice floes and came to the gem that tried to break them
"Not that! It looks like something happened."
Gem stopped and ran to the source of the scream and saw his older brother curled up on an ice floe and his face covered with small cracks
"You okay? You screamed so hard that even the bugs woke up, so what happened?"
The elder brother tried to stand, but quickly lost balance and almost fell into the water and with a stretched face smile said, what a Junior, of course, didn't believe
