Sivir needed to stall. Hence the pretty woman on the dance floor with her. They had been talking here and there, not sharing much but raising the sensual tension higher by the second. She was leaning in for another piece when Brand suddenly approached and grabbed the skewer from her hand. In that moment she was completely quiet, surprised as she watched the scene of him using his tongue and then teeth to pull off the piece of fruit. Why did it look so sensual? Maybe it was just her seeing things (she did have an oral fixation of sorts).
