“Yū & Shō : Forever together… For better or worse.” 👫🏻♾️🎭 (Clock Tower: Ghost Head)
Once there were two infants… Twins, in fact… A brother and sister named Saidō Rin and Yū.
Born into a world neither were supposed to live through, due to the misfortune(s) their so-called “family” feared they would bring, as a result of a “curse” they believed to be real.
Infants or not, the twins were to be buried alive. Unbeknownst to their biological “father” Saidō Fushihito, however, one of the twins was rescued by a close associate of his, Takano Hajime, who out of guilt and a sense of obligation, sought to rescue the twins and raise them as his own.
It bares repeating though… “One of the twins”… Indeed, only one of them survived. The younger twin, Yū, Shō’s sister.His body may be gone, but somehow… Someway… Shō’s spirit remained. Took refuge within his sister he did, who he used as a host.
For many years, Yū would live a painful and difficult life. Shō contributed to many of the struggles she endured, whether it be bullying, or being alienated by those she wished to bond with.
Yú’s brother, Shō, is the polar opposite of her. She is kind, gentle, and virtuous, whereas he is callous, cold, and malevolent.
Even so, the one thing… The one person Shō cared so deeply for… Was none other than his dear, beloved sister.Granted, Shō did use Yū’s body, whenever she wasn’t carrying her amulet, a holy item which wards off Shō, to enact his cruelest of intentions, fantasies, and desires unto others, regardless if they irk him or not.
Not only that, but out of self-preservation, he takes control of Yū’s body to save both her and himself. If she were to die, he would too, and he’s not foolish enough to ever let that happen.
But… Shō does sincerely love her. Yū’s his family and twin, after all. Underneath his malice and cruelty, is his deep affection for Yū.
For better or worse… Yū needs Shō… And Shō needs Yū… Alive, at least. 😈🖤
